Stayed at the Empress hotel a number of times and its always been a good , plenty of bars ,restaurants, shopping centres all within easy reach

My room was very big w a tub which I enjoyed very much. It was spotless clean and it also had a mini bar with water, beer and sodas in which I could enjoy at any time. The bed was big but a bit lumpy , the pillows were soft and comfortable. Due to the design of the shower , every time I would shower water would leaked towards the toilet so I had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water. There was a restaurant in the building so I can order room service from 6-2pm which I really liked. The tv was small and did not have that many channels available but I was almost never in my room so it wasn’t an issue. The pool was big, clean and towels were available for the pool and I could also order drinks which it was amazing. I was less than 5 min walk from the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

Express pattaya

Had another enjoyable stay in Empress Pattaya hotel ,the staff were friendly and welcoming as normal the room was clean and tidy there is kettle to hot drink in the morning and there's also a fridge but that ,s not stocked with anything. The shower room is well stocked with shower gel and shampoo towels changed every day along wiith bedding all fresh everyday

Fair priced. Walkable distance to everything. Breakfast was ok I suppose but not the best. Rooms alight not the best. I rented a motorcycle. So I liked being able to park it in their parking garage.

This was my second stay this year. My only disappointment was the pool area which had not been improved since my last visit in May 2024. Needs improvement with the decking area. Once again lack of sun beds although on my last day there was a delivery of replacement. This let’s the hotel down.
