Overall, the hotel offers the great value for the price you pay. The service is very friendly. Swimming pools are probably the best part. The property is mostly well maintained. The location is convenient. It's very close to the beach and one of the night markets. A couple of large malls are within a 15 min walk or two min ride.

The place is nice. However, the air-conditioning is bad and wont cool below 27c. The beds are spring and low quality. Also if you stay upstair you will walk all the way due to no elevators. Other than that the staff was pretty friendly.

The property was nice, staff was great especially the receptionists, cleaning room ladies, and omelette maker. The only negative, not hotel's fault, my wife's friend, Thai lady, was harassed by Indian man by asking how much? She ran from him and he chased after her, demanding to know how much for her services. I didn't know about this until on the way home. Good thing. Again, the hotel is nice, inexpensive, good buffet breakfast, and easy walk to the beach.

This is a OK hotel but in need of a total makeover, but the vicinity to the beach and a good big pool make it a good ”value for money” hotel. The staff are inpeccable and takes care of theire customers with efficency and always a big smile!
