ราคาไม่แพง อยู่ใกล้ Walking Street พัทยา แบบเดินไปได้. ห้องพักกว้างมาก แม้จะดูเก่าไปหน่อยแต่ก็สะอาด มีอ่างอาบน้ำ น้ำร้อนน้ำเย็น. มีที่จอดรถ มีร้านแฟมิลี่มาร์ทอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรม. พนักงานให้บริการปกติดี
