깔끔하고 아늑한 분위기를 원하는 여행객에게 추천하고 싶은 숙소! 호텔 직원들도 모두 친절하였고 조식도 괜찮은 것 같았다. 다만 워킹스트리트까지 도보로 30분 이상 걸리므로 살짝 먼 감이 있어서 오토바이나 썽태우를 이용하는 것이 좋을 듯?

가격대비 서비스가 좋았습니다. 위치도 의외로 나쁘지 않았습니다. 저희는 자동차가 있어서 많이 편했습니다. 수영장은 조금 작았습니다. 결론적으로 교통수단이 있다면 가격대비 아주 좋습니다. 여러명이 함께 가신다면 트윈룸도 추천해 드립니다.

Best Western Premier signature Pattaya Hotel
3 nights at this hotel with deep satisfying. this hotel provides free bus to Jomtien beach and pattaya beach. also good and fast free wifi. Not bad swimming pool. Very kind staffs and good english skills. Just water is leaking out of shower booth when taking a shower. Tuk-Tuk(public transportation) or taxi goes this hotel from pattaya center with high rates so I recommend to walk 15 minutes from 'walking street' to hotel. From Pattaya center to 'walking street' is very cheap by Tuk-Tuk or taxi. Hotel provide a lot of fun with sight seeing. Ko-lan tour, nongnuk village, Alkaza show tickets and everything.

I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options.

This place is a dump! Rust everywhere and dirty sheets plus the cleaning people go over your bags so watch for your stuff - I called the cops but they can’t do anything about it..anyways this place is full of Indian people and an Indian person probably bought that place and didn’t do any renovations - the place is a total really horrible!! Completely outdated and even mattress is old and over soft and the boiler in the room has rust inside the guy came and literally washes it and cleaned it and brought the same one back didn’t even bother to wipe the water from the outside of it - Disgusting! Don’t go there - I left the place and didn’t continue my stay although I paid for two more days

Close hotel to the pier to go to island. Nice exterior and packaging. Room however was dated like it was built 10-15 years ago and never updated. Gym open late at 7am, very small. Nice pool. Few amenities. Takes long to check out. Many Indian visitors

One to avoid if you need sleep!
Good location and helpful friendly staff. View of pool and sea from upper floors. Room service average quality. Comfortable bed, small sagging sofa. Room noise from guests who perpetually slammed doors was nauseating, especially between 3 and 4 am every night. I cut my four night stay by one night and was given assurance of a refund for that night by staff at reception, without prompting. The pool is ideal for young swimmers, largely shaded and of uniform depth. This particular hotel however, will largely suit heavily intoxicated, partially deaf, single men of multiethnic origin who demand instant attention at reception and enjoy leering at female guests. Families or young couples who need sleep, are advised to avoid this hotel.

Not pleasant
The room we booked with a King and single bed, did not exist in the hotel. The staff were overrun with other unhappy guests. The floor of the room was covered in sand. All the staff said was ‘I could cancel if I did not like’!

位置不錯,附近有好多便利店,再行多幾個街轉入內街,有一間便宜有好味的海鮮店,旁邊有一得小的酒店街,多出到海灘,商場也很方便,早餐種類也得多選擇,以這個價錢也是不錯的選擇

Fitness facilities were not working. Some are broken and not under maintenance for a long time. Also, breakfast offer was not good and and it was too crowded at that time from a group guests.

the staff was not very cooperative got the room at 3:00 pm and reached the hotel at 9:00 am, the staff was un cooperative and did not give even 1 room for freshing up

Prisvärt hotell för kortare vistelser!
Hotellet var väldigt rent och bra skick! Incheckningen gick smidigt och de lät oss checka in en timme tidigare (normalt för hotellet är dock 15.00 - senare än andra hotell). Rummet var stort och renstädat. Utsikten var inte så kul men det utlovades knappast heller. Detta beror förstås på vilket rum man tilldelas. Hotellet ägs av en indier vilket märks mest genom att andra gäster är indier samt att mycket av frukosten är indisk mat. Närområdet har dessutom många indiska restauranger. Hotellet ligger nära Walking street och andra sevärdheter i centrala Pattaya. Poolen är ganska liten men räcker för att svalka av sig.

Delicious breakfast hotel
The room was a bit of a feeling, but the breakfast in the restaurant went through and it was delicious. It was a taste that I could relieve especially for Japanese. Hygiene management was solid in the restaurant, and the service of the staff was also good. In addition, we have the opportunity to come to Pattaya and we will certainly use this hotel. It was a very pleasant hotel not to be inferior to a five-star big hotel either. Thank you very much for all the staff.
