“Staff was great, room was great, negative: not all rooms have a smart TV and the ones that do don't work well because the Internet was horrible, phone was constantly disconnecting from Internet, we stay in 2 different rooms and the first the TV was just basic channels that keep losing connection and the second room had a smart tv and that was horrible as well, kept loosing internet connection, then it dropped connection completely and we weren't able to connect again for the rest of the night,...

“It's a terrible stay, dirty sheets dirty room awful smell inside the room, cigarette smell inside the room, dirty bathroom, toilet did not work wouldn't flush, the bathroom room was flooded all over couldn't even use the toilet or take a shower if I could rate this hotel 8, as a 0 ⭐ star will definitely do it. “Room was clean. Shower floor appeared to be in need of a good scrub. Despite it being a warm July night it was necessary to turn the air unit off because it was so loud and rattling like a part was broken. When on it did put out cool air. Breakfast should be listed as a continental grab and go opportunity at best. I wish other fog owners would pick up after their pups in the back area. It is a nice green space otherwise.”
