โThe beds were very comfortable and the shower is amazing! The water pressure was fluffy and relaxing! The Indian man at the front desk (his first initial begins with A and the last letter is a K) was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the Toronto area!โ
โive always liked the Est. im not one to complain about shady characters as dome of my acquaintances tell me about Est, but im openmknded and feel all people are wqual regsrdless of their plught in life. we all have a story snd do do the โless desirableโ. Estโs overall look in both the outside (except parking area) and lobby area and the rooms, the hallways ard really well designed. great job. i understand the Daas (i think thats thd spelling) family built and maintain it and want to commend...
โThe hotel interior is stylish and beautiful. I had a pleasant, restful stay before my transfer. The breakfast wasnโt bad. Itโs a bit pricey, though.โ
โNo make up for the room, No pre-information. Also, the beer is so expensive at the bar and the staff is not kind if you do not give any Tips enough.โ
"Close to Toronto airport and complementary shuttle to/from the airport. Great customer service.
I made a mistake and booked a one-night stay for May 31st, even though I arrived at midnight on May 30th for a connecting flight. Thankfully, there was a vacancy, and the front desk staff was able to change my reservation to May 30th for one night. Also, I needed a toothbrush, but the convenience store was closed, so the front desk kindly provided one for free."
