“We had a fantastic stay with this hotel deserving of their 4 star rating. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch and then guided to our room. The room was spotless, with an enormous and comfy bed! Good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers but a small comment would be helpful to have a few more parasols. “Overall an enjoyable trip. Hotel was as expected, generally ok /good. Staff were awesome (Nayara, Rocio, Manuel, too many to name). We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. “Not for everyone but if you like space, peaceful surroundings and easy parking, AI is great value. If you want easy access to beaches, nightlife and 5 star food look elsewhere. Ask for a room number above the manila bar on each floor ( 134 onwards , 234 onwards, 334.. etc) We are regular visitors so we may get slightly better reactions from the staff than first-timers but the staff are wonderful to us.
