"This hotel was the perfect location for our hiking destination at Joffrey Lakes. Quiet, clean and the staff member was very accommodating when we had a request. I was very pleased to find out that this is an indigenous owned and operated property as supporting local is important to me. Will return and tell others if they are looking for a nice stay in the area to stay here."

8/10 Good
"Conveniently located!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. The kitchenette was convenient and adequately stocked. My spouse was disappointed in the lack of drawers for storage of clothing, but this didn't bother me. Bike rental on premises was very handy. Staff were incredibly helpful. One elevator was not working (which I got stuck in for about 15 minutes. The call button was not working. We rang the alarm to no avail. Thankfully we had a phone and called the front desk for help). The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature and towels are abundantly available at the pool! Parking is first come first serve and is EXTREMELY tight - even for a compact car - kind of ridiculous but we managed to park and exit the vehicle through the back door. Beds were comfortable - we used the sofabed as well and it was fine. Bathroom was clean, very good water pressure and temperatures. Clean towels, well stocked. Oh and a bottle of wine and welcome card were in our room when we arrived! Nice touch!!"
