"Very helpful staff Excellent wifi Huge (too big?) room for 1 person I didn’t try the breakfast or pool so no comments about them. I had a room at the back on a high floor & traffic noise was really loud during the day but thankfully it went to almost 0 after dark so I slept ok. Not a lot of places of interest close by but there were good eating places across the road then go to the left then first right towards the river The keycards were frustrating as numerous times I had to get them...

"Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"

The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great! The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too Buggy service was very useful and a great service! Had the best trip at Pelangi!"
