Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing! Can't wait to visit again!

The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was killing me. A little more instruction on where's everything at and what everything does would be great. The television to me, was a little confusing to watch and find things. We looked for a landline in case we needed something immediately and there was no phone plugged in the wall. I know we all have cell phones but sometimes a good landline wouldn't hurt especially when you're traveling. We did end up finding one in a cabinet which we tried to plug in and did not work. The pool was completely nasty, there was stuff floating on the waters. I can't even begin to tell you. Once I got a full view. I got out of that pool real fast and never got back in. My opinion, I would not book this reservation. I don't think even if it was the last one to get in Florida. And, apparently they're doing a remodel on the floor above us which the hammering started way early in the morning and lasted throughout the day which was irritating when you are trying to rest.
