Later dinner charged service fee Feels like property just trying to get every last cent out of guests It is not a cheap property, just raise prices if necessary Waitress at dinner nice but poorly trained Not her fault. Large salad simply not good Mafongo shrimp mediocre at best Beer and wine good,dessert good Would be nice to have more than wall hooks to hang clothes. Would be nice to have the bar open during day. The included breakfast was spectacular. Most special part of visit. Mountains are gorgeous and sound of waterfall and wildlife unique and wonderful We were rained on a lot and did not care It was.just part of experience Could have used more help with luggage from parking lot Steep tall steps. Overall, very special but spoiled by greedy fees and not great dinner "

"The word “villa” and “view” do not accurately describe this booking. The photos ave different then the initial room we got, we only moved rooms once we brought it up. Then were switched to a room that did have a similar layout to the photos, but no view at all, and was attached to another unit via a paper thin door that didn’t even sit flush to the floor. The kicker, there was a baby in the next room crying the majority of our stay. Hardly the “villa” with a biew experience my girlfriend and i thought we booked"
