Be prepared to buy everything. Toilet paper, soap, everything. Cleaning fees are extra. Mattress hard like a rock. Close to amenities. Good parking area and shopping center meets basic needs.

The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say good morning and nothing else. It took several minutes to simply ask for toilet paper.. We had to present the roll from the bathroom to arrive at an understanding of the issue.

The traffic was all night long. They put us in that room on purpose. Hotel was empty and the otherside is very quite. You could tell at check in she had a problem with us. Ill never stay again.

It was a nice spacious apartment my two complains were the elevator, since its part of the mall it takes long! Its always busy also the noise from the cars will not let you sleep (the mattress was hard)

La habitación estaba bien, limpia y tenía una bonita vista. El colchón necesita ser reemplazado(hab 901). Era duro y podía sentir los resortes de metal contra de mi cuerpo. Después de dar vueltas en la cama durante unas 4 horas, decidí dormir en el sofá cama, que era muy cómodo. Me alojé aquí antes en el apartamento 503 y la cama era muy cómoda. hay varios buenos restaurantes cerca

para registrarse ellos no me QUERIAN DAR 2 abitaciones que se pagaron en EXPEDIA, Y DECIAN QUE mi recervcion era para el dia siguiente y tenia que pagar , el valor de las dos abitaciones por un dia de mas , pero les mostre el pago y fecha de la registracion,solo me dieron uno y perdi una avitacion nos toco quedarnos 6 personas juntas, y se siente demaciada bulla de los carros que pasan por la avenida toda la noche , eso es muy terrible les aconsejo que no se queden en este sitio muy mala esperiencia
