"The accommodations were as expected when we booked the room. Nice location to major attractions. Lots of room fo five adults to sprawl out in the room. Thank you to all the staff."

"We checked in suuuper late (check-in was at 4pm, we didn't get there until well after 10:30pm). The staff was friendly and helpful on how to get to our rooms and everything. We didn't use much of the amenities, but we did use the fridge. My only note was that the fridge was leaking water all over the inside of the cabinet. That said, it still kept our small refrigerated items cool until the next day, so it still worked. Came into the room at a chilly 64degrees which I absolutely LOVED! I was really hoping to get to use the pool, but maybe next time. Check-out was easy, and had no problems!"

"A week long stay for our family of four and it was great. We had never visited the area before but we found the location to be close enough for trips to King’s Island, the Zoo and ballpark. There was plenty of parking too! Our room was large and clean with plenty of space for us all. The indoor pool was something that we used daily. It’s smaller, but even with a lot of kids in it there was room. The breakfast was a good variety from fruit and yogurt to eggs and bacon. The breakfast staff was also kind and chatted with us each morning. We would make sure our kids kept the noise down to be considerate but we never heard much from the other rooms. It’s definitely a place we would return to."

"Beautiful hotel! It was very busy so the pool was a no go for us. Loved the set up of the bedrooms. Popcorn wasn’t good-no salt or butter but breakfast was great! Wish staff told us light dinner was free. Definitely would stay there again regardless now that we know :)"
