"My room was clean as can be. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was worth the money for the breakfast. This place has isnt the most up to date as it is an older location but it's worth the money and I felt safe during my stay. The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay."

"Family suite gave us plenty of space to spread out. Only suggestion would be to move king bed into bedroom and queen out into living room so adults get privacy and bigger bed. We enjoyed that is is just south of Cincinnati so we were out of the congested area of traffic but could get to zoo and museum in 20 min. There were several places to eat right down the street. The carpet and furniture could use some updates but for the price it was good."

Unless others not available based on my travel schedule and economy, I would not mind staying at the same or other properties associated with the same brand. I have no reason at all, to avoid the brand."

"There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the sidewalk we would have been a lot better off."

"This property was well located for us for our three night stay in Cincinnati. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, which are the two things I care most about. The breakfast area is a cut above those found in many chain hotels. Nothing out of the ordinary about the food items, but the area itself was clean, inviting, and spacious"
