"The room I got was quite small, and didn’t have a window outside, but the hotel was well located and had lovely staff and amenities"

"Our first stay here and we were very impressed. We stayed in a club room and had excellent experience. Our room was large, looked new and kept clean and in perfect condition. We had a beautiful room with a terrific view over Perth looking north. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, at reception, and in the restaurants."

"Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars"

"Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask. "
