Couldn’t fault this place. Staff were friendly and Alvin gave us a late checkout and was very helpful and courteous during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be booking there again 😊
A friend and I stayed in a twin share room for one night while in the city to attend a concert. We found the room basic but comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Location is great with a nice bar/lounge, and Indian restaurant. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was nice. There was a gym and pool which we didn't use but they looked good. The only down side was no onsite parking so had to leave the car in a nearby CPP carpark which cost $35. I would recommend it as a great place to stay for a one-nighter, and would stay there again if in the city for an event.
We combined a concert with a single-night stay at Double Tree. The room was neat and comfortable. The evening cocktails with food platter and buffet breakfast included in the deal were of high standard. Good value. An excellent experience overall.
“The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.”

The room was comfortable, good shower.
The breakfast buffet was excellent- many options for vegans also which we were happy with.
Most staff were helpful and friendly. Checkin wasn’t overly impressive with a not so friendly staff member.
The area is quite busy with nightlife and nightclubs etc. We didn’t realise this when booking but we’re still happy with our long weekend stay.
The room was clean and situated overlooking the city which was lovely. My only discrepancy was the bathroom felt is was for a disabled person, not that there’s a problem with that, it just didn’t suit us for a romantic getaway.
