โThe hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and at breakfast time they operated like a well oiled machine. Not a table was ignored on the way to the kitchen, used dishes cleared or a chair straightened all with a smile both between customers and co-workers. I loved the way one of the staff dealt with a "lady" who thought it OK to take a chair from another table to sit her dog on. She was discreetly shown where people with dogs should sit, then the chair and table were wiped...
โThis is a bit of a gem. Family run, very welcoming. Room good size with comfortable bed and good shower. The food in the restaurant was good quality. Situated very close to town centre with parking.โ

Situated a stone throw from the city centre ideally situated for shopping trips or a night out at the local theatres.
We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Perth.

โBasic hotel and would benefit of an upgrade, that said the hotel is being done bit by bit, food was excellent, sirloin steak was delicious, room was clean and comfy bed, staff were ever so helpful. Would come back again. โ
โIt was convenient for visiting Perth (not being in the City was great) and Scone Palace was really close. We loved the home feel of eating in and the staff were so accommodating, as it was a super hot weather time. Thanks goes to all the staff:-) We would definitely stay again if in the area.โ

โI didnโt want to leave! They were amazing there. Staff were incredibly nice, and helpful when I had questions. I got to meet a few locals who welcomed me to their table and conversation. Everyone at the hotel made me feel welcome and like family. There is a nice pub that is a part of it. The food was great, and for vegetarians they had tasty options. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I canโt wait to go back!โ
