The lounge areas are great and we also liked the restaurant and the food. The hotel and area is also very quiet. Nice views of Schiehallion too! Recommended for sure.”

“We found the cottage to be cozy and centrally located. Ok, so the stairs creaked ever time you went up or down but it’s a little old cottage so that just added to the atmosphere. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as was the dishwasher in the kitchen. In fact the cottage had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. And with M&S and tescos in nearby Dunblane shopping was easy. Doune itself has so many interesting places nearby that we easily filled in our days. We would stay in the cottage again...
