Nice hotel with friendly staff!
A nice hotel with friendly staff, just outside the historic center. It's located on a quiet and pretty street with some places to eat. Rooms have great views and were very clean.

Charming hotel with a courtyard!
I recommend this hotel. It is in a good location that requires about a 10 minute walk up hill to town. Cute trattoria across the street and beautiful church with gardens nearby. This hotel has a cute courtyard for having a cappuccino or glass of wine as they have a little bar in the lobby.

Nulla da eccepire, ovvero solo una nota negativa che compromette il notevole sforzo effettuato nel rendere la struttura confortevole e accogliente,( Il non prevedere un comignolo di areazione sulla colonna di scarico del water,bidet,lavabo dalle quali fuoriescono esalazioni di fognatura che rendono inaccessibile il bagno !) tutto il resto merita un 8++

素晴らしい眺望
入口はとても狭い横丁から入るので、初めは戸惑うかもしれませんが、ちゃんとメインストリートにHotel Signaの看板が出ているので安心です。 中心部からは少し離れた場所にある宿ですが、私たちが滞在した4階の部屋は、丘の上からウンブリアの山並みを見下ろす素晴らしい眺望の部屋でした。この眺望を楽しむだけでも、価値があると思います。部屋自体は少し狭めではありますが、とても清潔で安心できます。 スタッフの方も、おそらく家族経営でやられているのでしょう、チェックイン時も部屋を選ばせてもらえましたし、ちゃんと相談に乗ってくれる雰囲気が好感です。また泊まりたいと心から思える宿でした。 宿への道Corso Cavourには、すごく目立ちませんがスーパーもあります。

Nice family run hotel near Perugia
Just inside the city of Perugia, by St Peter's Gate, this was handily placed for sightseeing and catching the bus/train to other places of interest. The hotel staff and family were very helpful and we upgraded to a room with a small outside terrace, which we enjoyed.

Very nice hotel in Perugia
This is hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The woman who worked at the reception desk was extremely helpful when we had any questions. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main historic area. There is a mini-metro right next to the train station that goes up into the city and has a stop that is within a 5-minute walk of Hotel Signa. It costs less than a couple of euro per person and is much less expensive than a cab. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent historic centre location
This is a very clean and tidy hotel in excellent central location. We found the staff to be most helpful and kind. Parking is just down the street and the hotel is a short walk up a hill. We had a room with a terrace which was great since the room was a bit small. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk anywhere, great restaurants very close by as well. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Piccolo Grande Hotel
Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio vivamente. Posizione strategica, a due passi dalle scale mobili e dalle stazioni degli autobus e dei treni regionali (stazione S. Anna). I signori Signa, padre e figlio, sono stati gentilissimi e professionali, sempre pronti ad andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Sia la camera che il bagno privato sono stati sempre molto puliti; avevo scelto una matrimoniale della tipologia "economy" dato che dovevo utilizzarla praticamente solo per pernottare, tuttavia, con un piccolo supplemento, è possibile sceglierne di più grandi, ovviamente a seconda delle disponibilità. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo della camera, ma con soli 2 € è possibile avere un cornetto (molto buono) e un cappuccino da consumare nel gradevole e tranquillo terrazzo durante i mesi estivi. Anche il personale, addetti alla portineria e cameriere, è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Insomma, atmosfera d'altri tempi senza trascurare le necessità dei giorni nostri. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Would Stay Again
The hotel fits nicely in it's price category - not flashy, just good value! The hotel was clean, very well located and had friendly, helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Bahnhofsviertel, einer keineswegs üblen Gegend mit netten Bars und Kneipen in der Umgebung. Auch das hippe Univiertel ist in 15 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war schlicht aber sauber, die Betten neu, der Flachbildfernseher in 40". Das Hotel hat eine schlichte Terasse, die aber zum Plaudern mit anderen Gästen einlädt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschatsküche, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Die Getränke aus dem Automaten sind italientypisch teuer. Einziger echter Minuspunkt ist das Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Duschen sind winzig, eine Dusche hat nur getröpfelt, bei der anderen war die Duschwand defekt. Pluspunkt: Wie hatten Räder dabei, die wir übernachts in einem Aufbewahrungsraum abstellen durften. Das Parken auf der Straße war unkompliziert und günstig - € 4,00 für 8 Stunden Alles in Allem ist Preis/Leistung absolut Ok!

hotel centralissimo, nel pieno centro storico di perugia. rispecchia la categoria due stelle anzi sicuramente vista la cordialità e la gentilezza della gestione anche qualcosa in più. si trova in un violetto di corso cavour quindi la quiete è garantita. pulizia della stanza e del bagno ineccepibile...se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, il letto che come al solito non era un matrimoniale ma due singoli attaccati!

Comfortable room, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet seemed quite poor to me. Though there were ham, salami and cheese, the amount of them was quite few, and it took some time to add more slices every time when they were eaten.

Perfect spot!
This was the best place we have stayed so far on our two week trip! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable with the nicest bed we've had yet. It was very convenient to get to the city center (10 min walk), we arrived by car so not sure how easy it is to get to from the train station, but whatever it takes, this hotel is worth it! They recommended eating at the restaurant across the street (called nana) and it was delicious. Not for people on a serious budget, 50 euro for two primi dishes, desert and a bottle of wine, but very worth it, the best food we've had yet on our trip. I hope you stay here because it was amazing!

Il nostro soggiorno a Perugia dal 18 al 25 ottobre è stato meraviglioso anche grazie ai servizi che ci ha offerto questo Hotel: Ottima posizione... a due passi dal centro storico; Eccellenti pulizie...tutti i giorni la camera veniva accuratamente pulita anche nei particolari; nelle vicinanze ci siamo serviti di un ottimo bar/ristorante "Nanà", una pizzeria "Pompei" ed un altro ottimo ristorante "Do pazzi" consigliato, prenotato dai Sigg. dell'albergo e usufruito di uno sconto come clienti Signa. Ultima, ma importantissima per la nostra valutazione è stata la gentilezza e le attenzioni manifestate nei nostri confronti dai titolari dell'albergo (in particolare Sig. Mario)... parcheggio, ombrello, informazioni varie condito tutto dalla voglia di "farti star bene". Ci torneremo volentieri e lo consiglieremo a tutti.

La sistemazione peggiore che io abbia mai prenotato da Internet. Ho pagato 39 euro a notte (sic!) per una singola bruttina (ma questo non è un problema) con un bagno DEL TUTTO IMPRATICABILE: la doccia era senza box e senza piatto e attaccata al wc, in pratica del tutto inutilizzabile. Andando alla reception ho chiesto se potevano darmi una camera con un bagno più abitabile e mi son sentito rispondere che nella tariffa economy (economy a 40 euro?????) erano previste soltanto camere del genere. Non so francamente perché questo hotel abbia dei feedback così positivi (forse è stato ristrutturato in parte sì e in parte no e a me è capitata la camera vecchia?) ma nel mio caso è stato decisamente pessimo: sono stato 3 giorni (2 notti) senza potermi lavare, per fortuna che sono andato un giorno alle terme! Anche io ho un piccolo albergo e devo dire che, pur avendo camere del genere, preferisco non affittarle a nessuno per evitare "figuracce" con i clienti; ad ogni modo non mi sognerei nemmeno lontanamente di farle pagare 39 euro a notte più tassa di soggiorno di un euro, una roba assurda. Passo e chiudo.

Modest hotel close to historic center of Perugia
This small hotel tucked into the end of an alley provided a simple but clean room that looked out onto a small courtyard garden. There was some noise during the night from people out in the courtyard or from other rooms. The shower was in a bathtub and water leaked onto the floor. There was also a step up to the toilet which I kept forgetting about and tripping. The hotel had an elevator so there was no problem getting a heavy suitcase up to the room. We needed to take a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel but it was within walking distance to the central piazza and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a communal dining room and consisted of cereal, bread, pastry, meat, cheese, and coffee

Solid Hotel - good for a holiday on a budget.
We stayed for one night on our month long trip. The hotel was in a relatively good location - a bit of hike to the main spots in Perugia, but otherwise good. The room was clean, had everything we needed thought the wifi was a little weak from our room. Very friendly staff, and I liked the breakfast options - either a crossiant and coffee for a couple of euros or a bigger breakfast. The former was perfect for us as we had to get away early.

great hotel for easy access to restaurants
We chose hotel signa because it was right in the centre of sulmona, so we knew we would have park the car nearby and transfer luggage to hotel. We had some difficuly finding the hotel even with the latest tom tom maps, but nearby municipal parking was only a few euros for 24 hours.

Bit far from center
Not a bad hotel but a bit hard to get to from train station with luggage, as city has major elevation changes. Very nice staff but bare bones rooms and amenities. Decent overall.

A pleasant simple two star hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms ok. Internet good. A great cafe, for breakfast is 100 metres on same street , turn left out of hotel. Its a difficult walk from the top of the escalators to the hotel. Ripped a suitcase trying to pull suitcases down steps. On returning to the escalators we went the long way round by road. The mini metro was great. The best pizza is the student pizzeria in the corner of the first square after walking up the steps.

l'hotel ha un'ottima posizione nella parte vecchia della città ma non si trova in pieno centro e questo per noi è stato un vantaggio, perchè è fuori dal traffico e dalla congestione dei turisti. non abbiamo provato la colazione che ad occhio non ci sembrava il massimo. appena usciti dall'hotel c'è un piccolo bar che consigliamo per la colazione. ottima anche la piadineria che si trova sempre all'uscita dall'hotel. vi consigliamo appena arrivate sulla via dell'hotel, se riuscite a parcheggiare sulle strisce blu prima di uscire dalla porta della città vecchia. vi consigliamo le camere ai piani alti che hanno una vista migliore. l'albergatore ci ha anche consigliato il ristorante "do pazzi" sempre vicino all' albergo. devo dire chè è stata una piacevole scoperta sia nel prezzo che nella qualità delle portate. vi consigliamo anche la pizzeria oltre la porta sempre vicino all'albergo "la romantica". ottima pizza. nel complesso mi sento di consigliare l'albergo a chi ama la tranquillità in posizione centrale. nella prenotazione, chiedete assolutamente il permesso per parcheggio sulle strisce blu, altrimenti paghereste molto con il parcometro. buon soggiorno da luca e paola.

Det eneste jeg har å utsette er at når jeg valgte hotellet sjekket jeg at de hadde airkondisjen , men det viste aeg at prisen jeg hadde fått var uten airkondisjen. Vi fikk tilbud når vi kom om å oppgradere oss mot en ekstra avgift. Når jeg sjekket hotel.com sine sider står det at hotellet har rom med airkondisjen.

Terrific little family run hotel at the quiet end of Via Corsa, the main street traversing the old city. Easy walking to everywhere of interest, excellent restaurants close at hand. Room small but very functional with fast WiFi included. Breakfast was not included but available in the outdoor patio at EU6. Reasonable value though local cafes were equally good alternatives, Staff most helpful. Overall, excellent value with superb location, Will definitely return.
