“Nice people”

“Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view...

“아르마스 광장, 12각돌 등이 5-10분 거리에 있어서 접근성도 좋고, 비교적 사람들 이동이 많은 거리여서 늦은밤까지도 안전하게 다닐 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓지는 않지만 침구, 수건 등 모두가 매일 정리 교체되었어요. 특히 아침식사는 아주 훌륭했고 체크인 아웃 절차도 신속하니 만족스러웠어요. 직원들의 서비스도 좋았고 아담한 중정을 가진 조용한 호텔입니다. 이 호텔 바로 옆에 있는 Green Point라는 채식 식당은 맛과 서비스 모든 면에서 누구에게라도 추천해드리고 싶습니다. 좋은 사람들이 성실히 운영하는 Apu Huascaran 추천합니다”

“Nice place run by a kind and helpful couple. Close to the centre of town, but quiet. It’s not possible to drive up to the hotel by car, but it’s just a short walk. Nice view of ruins and mountains from the window. ”

“지역 특성상 건물은 좀 오래되었지만 신경써서 관리하는 부분이 인상적이었습니다. 프런트에서 영어로 대화는 많이 어렵지만 아주 친절하게 응대해 줘서 좋았습니다. 마추픽추에 바로 접근할 수 있는 관광지 이지만 객실 요금도 부담스럽지 않아 좋았습니다.”

“When I arrived the hostel, the owner seemed not to know my booking. Room was not ready and she requested me to move another branch hostel. I didn't agree to it. After 20 min waiting, a staff introduced me a room without bath room even if I booked a room with private bathroom. At the night, hot water was not available and I could not take shower. Midnight, entire water was not available and could not flush toilet. ”

“The property is beautiful, however it’s showing wrong location on Google maps. Casa de campo will be the right spot. Our room had fireplace but due to no ventilation room gets smokey. Amazing staff! Internet pretty weak and inconsistent. Amazing view of the city. Get ready to walk up some steps to get there! ”

“En la reservación decía TV de 30" y cama King size, pero cuando llegamos solo había TV de 15" y la cama era Queen size y en una de las habitaciones el foco estaba quemado. ”

“I booked our airfare and hotel together and was given 40% off at Cusco Flats. Cusco Flats did not honor the Expedia advertised prices and sold the room I booked to someone else at full price. When I called for pickup from the airport they told me I did not have a reservation and the room was not available. A big inconvenience to me and my family. Horrible business practices.”
