“I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. “Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic”

“Clean room and facilities. Friendly staff”

“The Hotel is in front of Plaza de Armas. The bufett breakfast it's amazing. All the staff are very polite. Very clean hotel”

“The hotel location is great, 4-5 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants and the main attractions. The staff was super helpful. The room and amenities are basic, but clean. There are a few steps from the road where the car can park to the hotel entrance, so you have to lift your luggages for a few steps. We had a great time in Ollantaytambo.”
