“Second time in this place in a span of 13 months and nothing has changed. It has the feel of a hotel that was once built to impress, but has had minimal investment. Loads of cosmetic defects in the room, poor drainage, poor air conditioning, bathrooms a bit dingy, very old TV, smelly carpets in the hallway, etc, etc. The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but minimal (think Premier Inn) with much of the hot food looking like it was cooked the day before.
