It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. Fui para o Castelo comemorar 30 anos de casamento. Foi uma experiência bastante decepcionante. Contratei o quarto NOBRE com 30m quadrados, recebi um quarto comum com 18m no máximo, um ar condicionado todo quebrado e parede com papel de parede rasgado. A vista da sacada era nada, literalmente uma parede cinza. Sem aviso algum, a piscina fechou para manutenção, que duraria uma semana. Ao reclamar na recepção fui informado que poderia usar a estrutura de outros hotéis da rede, o que foi positivo, já que a piscina do castelo é um poço de água turva. A piscina do BOM TEMPO 1 é grande e límpida. No último dia ficamos sem água quente, resolvemos desistir e ir embora, meu apartamento no Rio oferecia muito mais conforto. O café da manhã era bastante variado, mas absolutamente comum, pães e bolos de padaria, ovo empedrado e tudo mais que você encontra em buffets de qualquer padaria por R$ 40,00 por pessoa. Eu costumo viajar e gastando muito menos recebemos sucos verdes, crepes e omeletes especiais, pães de queijo deliciosos e bolos quentinhos. Lá era tudo muito barato e comum. O atendimento da equipe foi OK, a limpeza foi bem feita, mas a estrutura do hotel não vale o valor cobrado. Por 15 reais você pode entrar no hotel e ficar tirando fotos nos ambientes temáticos, muito melhor fazer isso que se hospedar lá.

Se quer descanso se informe melhor antes de ir!

Hotel muito bonito e aconchegante, porém, para descansar não é ideal devido ao barulho do evento que acontece ao lado, som ensurdecedor que toma conta da sua suite e hóspedes pós festas fazendo muito barulho para ir ao seus quartos. Para quem quer ir tranquilo sugiro entrar em contato e se informar se haverá evento no dia para não serem pegos de surpresa como nós. Atendimento normal apenas do balcão para dentro, pedi travesseiros nunca me levaram, café da manhã simples com coisas que não são frescas como pães duros e bolos secos. E para quem tem problemas com sono levar tampos de ouvido pois o hotel também fica na beira da rodovia e o barulho do caminhões incomodam. Resumindo o castelo tem história é bonito porém está mais voltado as festas que ocorrem por lá. Não havendo evento pode ser que você se dê melhor.

Iluminação da pia muito fraca (dificultando a maquiagem) Por causa da parede de drywall, a tv do quarto ao lado parecia que estava dentro do nosso quarto. Maravilhoso pra quem gosta de arquitetura antiga

A suíte 101 em que fiquei estava com mofo no teto em cima da cama, o porta papel higiênico estava quebrado/frouxo e não tem cabide/porta pra colocar a toalha de rosto. De resto, é um lugar lindo para festas e pra tirar fotos maravilhosas. Não tem almoço nem jantar incluso mas tem a Taberna que é só pra hóspedes (preço salgado)
