โWir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Es war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ein Traum. Die Dame an der Rezeption ein Schatz. Also alles super. Und auch Hagnau ist sehr schรถn und ruhig gewesen und die Uferpromenade wunderschรถn๐ Wir kommen sehr gerne wiederโ

โWir waren anfangs Juli fรผr drei Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frรผhstรผcksbuffet war vielfรคltig und reichlich. Alle drei Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und auch die Weinempfehlungen waren vortrefflich. Wir kรถnnen dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. โ
โGreat little Hotel , spotless and comfy beds , has a cafe bar for breakfast etc , only 10 mins walk from Konstanz main station .In Switzerland one minute over the border.โ
โVery decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...
