Beautiful infinity pool and nice breakfast setting with nice ocean view. The deluxe room we had was spacious, with a balcony, King bed and a great shower. The pool by the room was not clean and the water level was low so we didn't use it. The property is tired and needs work. The spa staff offered A 50 percent off massage - but the menu card was "already discounted" so pay upfront to know what the cost will be. The breakfast staff were friendly and the security staff helped us with bicycles - which are free to use. The beach hut had one SUP and three surfboards. The gym was okay but not air conditioned.

Staff were amazing, bungalow was spacious and clean and the infinity pool was huge. Resort was very quiet and peaceful, a very relaxing break. Good variety at breakfast and the spa was so relaxing, excellent.

For those looking for a quiet, more private Mui Ne experience, Victoria is a great choice. The beach is private, it is far from the noisy team building events and loud house music that can be so disturbing at the other resorts found farther down the road. The property is certainly old but clean, fairly well maintained, and has some great views. There are also large green spaces for kids to play and the infinity pool is extremely nice. Staff is friendly and the food and drink is at a normal standard for a beach resort. Value for money is high given the expansive property and the large size of the private villa. Wifi is also good. I hope someday they will refresh this property and bring it back to a more contemporary level but even as it is, the privacy and calm environment is still special. Note that if you want to go to the main “strip” you would need to take a short car ride.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We had a beach front bungalow with a king size bed and outdoor shower inside the property. This was situated only a few metres walk from the beach and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The peacefulness and situation of the resort, each room being hidden in the tree-line of palm trees providing a very natural and green aesthetic, made up for the slightly worn and tired condition of the property. The electric plugs in the room were semi functional, the AC worked very well, almost too well, the rooms were mostly clean on arrival (only some dust and sand which is impossible to get rid of), there was rusting present on the inside of door frames where the metal has been exposed to sea spray from the beach wind. The staff were very friendly, but service quality was lacking at the L'occeane restaurant, for instance they would lay the table as people arrived, they would also pour beer in glasses flat on the table making it froth up - i had to ask for them to stop doing that early on. For nice meals we looked elsewhere but the restaurant was varied enough to feed us something different for lunch every day for a week. Included breakfast buffet was good. The reception staff were very helpful and well trained, the female manager helped us with taxi's, advice on tours and beach activities, and our airport transfer. The spa was very good, good couples massage for reasonable price whilst listening to the sound of the waves, perfect.

Good resort, recommended.

We had a great time at the Victoria Hotel. The bungalow was spacious and the bathroom, wow! Big and comfy. There wasn’t a lot of people so we had the place almost for ourselves, that was good but also bad because we lacked activities, some life. The infinity pool is great and the older pool is charming. We got good nights stories and sweets every night in our room, so thoughtful. I could go back again :)

This is a lovely hotel on the beach. I have been several times before. 15 years ago was my last visit. The hotel needs a complete refurbishment and we checked out 3 days earlier. The hotel was empty. We were given an upgrade to a villa with our own pool for free and that was nice of the them but the furniture was still in need of replacement.

Fantastisk service, pent og nydelig mat!

Vi hadde 4 nydelig netter hos Victoria Phan Thiet! Vi fikk en stor og fin villa. Den var ren, hadde mye lagringsplass, stort seng, enorm dusj, sofagruppe og spisebord. + ett lite kjøkken. Basseng rett utenfor døren. To stykk AC. Vi fikk problemer med den ene, men det fikset vaktmesteren på under 30 minutter. Vi fikk kake servert på rommet hver kveld. Området er veldig pent opparbeidet og ble stelt av gartnere hele dagen. Fine svømmebasseng og gode solsenger. Ingen masete selgere på stranden! Godt utvalg ved frokosten og gode retter til lunch/middag. Massasjen var helt OK. Drar gjerne tilbake! De ansatte var høflige, imøtekommende og blide!

규모가 생각보다 큽니다. 해변도 괜찮고 조용해서 좋습니다만 시설이 오래된 것 같습니다.

Leider kann man nur an einem kleinen Strandabschnitt ins Meer, da am restlichen Strand sehr viele Steine im Wasser sind. Je nach Strömung befand sich sehr viel Plastikmüll im Wasser. Der angeschwemmte Müll wurde aber vom Personal permanent beseitigt. Leider wurde der Frühstückskaffe und Tee mit Leitungswasser gekocht und dieser hatte dadurch einen leicht muffigen Geschmack .

Mysigt och fint hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ligger lite avsidigt och det finns ingen affär men det är lätt att ta en taxi. I beskrivningen står det att det finns tre restauranger men det stämmer inte. Det finns endast en men går att beställa saker från poolen.

Beautiful place

Skønt sted, og flot og dejligt værelse/bungalow med skøn og hyggelig stemning. Men maden på hotellet var rigtig dårligt, og der ikke var gjort så meget ud af hyggen om aften, der var eksempelvis ikke lys i poolen eller i palmerne. Og så var infinety pool baren lukket hvilket der godt kunne have stået.
