Element is 1year old and i am concerned about its longevity. They literally run the entire place on 8 staff a day. 1 at desk, 1 engineer, 2 house keepers, 2 breakfast staff. Each morning nothing was replenished, often asking for items. Tables not wiped down.
We stayed 1 week, the athletic events staying at the hotel inundated the 8 man team. 1 vacuum in hallway ran over 5 days. Pool replenished towels only! Literally nasty floor not mopped wiped or cleaned. 20 kids in pool and no attention after. Pool was disgusting by day 5. I address the issue of unheated pool on day 1. Since it was not fixed, they just told us to go next door to the Sheraton. That pool was warm. YET, at the hotel we paid for should be in operation or give attention when requested.
Warwick built this as over flow for convention and conferences. Yet, the lack of staff, inability to address cleaning and engineering concerns leaves the staff getting told negativr things. If they ran the hotel with more than 8, I bet it would be better.
When big groups are there think about contracting cleaning services to keep up.
Lastly please really consider improving housekeeping.
For us, family was great, in room was nice. Love to have more hooks or towel rods, 4 towels at start. Dishwasher was not level and didnt close unless we man-handeled it back into space.
Beds, great! Would love dustpan for floors.
