This hotel feels brand new, everything is very clean and nice. Very good gym for a small hotel, bike loans available, laundry available. Nice room with kitchenette and seating area separate from bed area. The breakfast food and coffee weren't so great, but free breakfasts tend to be that way.

New Year’s weekend overnight trip.
Super cute/sexy hotel! Loved the decor, and layout of the room…great location in the area of the mall, restaurants and other attractions. Looking forward to going back and staying again!

Two of my coworkers had awful experiences in their rooms during our time there. One had someone open their door while they were in bed, the person had a key that worked on their door. The front desk acknowledged that they printed the wrong key and blamed it on someone being trained. My other coworker pulled back the bedding and uncovered wine, blood, and feces all on the mattress in the made bed. Absolutely horrific! I will not be returning to this location

Filthy sheets on a fully made bed
My sheets were dirty, they remade the Bed with the filthy sheets. I didn’t see all the filth until I was moving the blanket to get into the bed. Absolutely disgusting and no apology from the front desk, he just complained that “the cleaners never do their job”. Seemed to be the norm., I have stayed at this hotel several times and this will be the last and the last for all of my coworkers after I showed them the pictures.

GOOD: This is a solid dependable hotel for the King of Prussia area. The staff is very courteous and the facilities are clean and well kept. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. OKAY: The toiletries leave a little to be desired (they are good but not great). BAD: I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than the parent company Westin doesn't make the online or app very easy to use. I spent over an hour with a service tech trying to activate my online account with no success. But that could just be a "bad day" for me.

Upon arrival, the women, I believe her name was Brianna, was great. Super nice, friendly, attentive. Just overall really good experience there. Everything was as it was supposed to be, no surprises or issues.

Quite beat up for a hotel under 2 years. Had a nice happy hour from 5-7. Front desk was typically helpful, especially Latoya who helped us tremendously.

The hotel is very pleasant. Pool area was great. Rooms were quite roomy. One suggestion is to add a bit more lighting in the rooms though. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Hairy bathroom - yucko!
Parking was a pain in the butt. They share a lot with an adjacent hotel. It took me a while to find a spot - and not close to the entrance of the hotel. Check in took a while. They were having computer issues. Our bathroom door has a lot of other peoples hair - it clearly had not been vacuumed or mopped. It was gross.

I paid through the nose for a suite.. the furniture looked like college dorm 101. The bedroom was as roomy as a jail cell. Plus, there were pots, pans, plates, utensils, and glasses, but no cork screw. No little fridge if pay alcohol/snacks either for the one time I definitely would have used it. If I need to bring a bag of utensils and tools with me when traveling, then I shouldn't be charged $250 a night. Furthermore, they need to upgrade their USB connections to the latest type. When traveling, people need to know they can connect and charge in their room, not run out to the car because the cords only work on USBC.

A nice place to stay in KOP/Valley Forge

New and problems
Element is 1year old and i am concerned about its longevity. They literally run the entire place on 8 staff a day. 1 at desk, 1 engineer, 2 house keepers, 2 breakfast staff. Each morning nothing was replenished, often asking for items. Tables not wiped down. We stayed 1 week, the athletic events staying at the hotel inundated the 8 man team. 1 vacuum in hallway ran over 5 days. Pool replenished towels only! Literally nasty floor not mopped wiped or cleaned. 20 kids in pool and no attention after. Pool was disgusting by day 5. I address the issue of unheated pool on day 1. Since it was not fixed, they just told us to go next door to the Sheraton. That pool was warm. YET, at the hotel we paid for should be in operation or give attention when requested. Warwick built this as over flow for convention and conferences. Yet, the lack of staff, inability to address cleaning and engineering concerns leaves the staff getting told negativr things. If they ran the hotel with more than 8, I bet it would be better. When big groups are there think about contracting cleaning services to keep up. Lastly please really consider improving housekeeping. For us, family was great, in room was nice. Love to have more hooks or towel rods, 4 towels at start. Dishwasher was not level and didnt close unless we man-handeled it back into space. Beds, great! Would love dustpan for floors.

The photograph when booking a studio showed a pull out sofa, however none was in the room, that has to be requested separately, very unclear and misleading. Not enough parking when hotel is full

The property seems modern and new. The room is very clean and has a sleek style. The pool is very small but nice. There are pretty outside sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again. Also right by the shopping and restaurant area. Also- very helpful staff!
