I liked the Coded doors. The room was very cozy and I loved that they had usable dishes for the guest. It was very close to our destinations and in an eclectic part of town. I really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait until next time.

Great location for a great price, around 10 min drive to city center. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Only thing was that the curtains were heavily stained with cigarette smoke!

The property is very well kept. Clean, nice modern decoration, great amenities. Communication was superb, I had a little snag, they responded and took action to fix it, promptly. The area presents a mix of old and new developments, very quiet and within walking distance of many points of interest.

Great for in-house comfort.

Pros: - clean room and bathroom - full shared kitchen / you could make a meal in them - there are several padlocks to go through to get to your unit which made me feel safe - there are several dining options nearby Cons: - the room was a little on the smaller side. I didn't mind it but just to be aware - parking is a little limited

This place was excellent. I was a little confused at first for check in but after settling my refundable incidental fee, I immediately received my door codes. There were three codes for three different doors which made me feel very safe

Cheap place to stay

Hotel was in good clean condition and felt like a safe space and neighborhood. Plenty of free street parking a little down the road. We had to pay a deposit through an app last minute after realizing it was required to gain access to the property and key codes for the doors. Apparently carry in carry out trash rules apply as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 3218 west Oxford and it was an excellent experience. Located in a safe, up-and-coming area, this property has clearly been renovated recently, offering a modern and comfortable stay. **Security:** The building is exceptionally secure, featuring multiple coded doors leading to the room and plenty of security cameras, which made me feel very safe during my stay. **Host Interaction:** The host was incredibly responsive. I had a few questions before and during my stay, all of which were answered promptly. The communication was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. ALL questions I had were coincidentally answered in the emails the host sent at check in, which I had barely skimmed over. **Price:** The price for the stay was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided. **Suggestions:** My only suggestion would be to simplify the pre-check-in emails. They were a bit cluttered and difficult to read. A more streamlined and easy-to-read format would enhance the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend [Property Name] for anyone looking for a secure, modern, and well-managed place to stay. I would definitely return in the future.

The exterior was absolutely neglected and felt unsafe to stay in that side of town. I was denied a refund. And had to get another hotel. The pictures online are deceiving.

Property was clean, but in a rougher part of town than expected. A car half a block away was completely demolished in a hit and run while we were there. Window shades were a cheap paper, bed was firm and could have been larger for the size of the space. Shared living areas were not air conditioned and the AC in our room didn’t work.

If you are sensitive to artificial air fresheners, stay elsewhere. This unit had 3 air fresheners that were headache, sneeze, and sore throat inducing. Otherwise it’s fine. No hand soap and you share the kitchen with another unit.

AVOID.

Don’t stay here. First of all, it feels like it’s a cover for some other operation. It’s run by a “hotel” that doesn’t exist and is not contactable. Second, they will email you telling you if you want your deposit back you have to leave a positive review. Terrible behaviour. And finally, the neighbourhood is terrible. It’s cheap, for a reason. Stay elsewhere.

So the overall area is in north Philly and ask expected not the best area but I have seen a lot worst. I had no issues. I would not walk around late at night though. Overall the place worked out well for what it was. I did ask for two additional pillows as only supply two. This request was declined. Not sure how I feel about an additional security deposit outside of Expeda. I took a lot of pictures to make sure I get my refund. Overall the communication was just awkward. Example was the note I recieved before check out. ",As part of our checkout procedure, guests are humbly asked to write a review in order to promptly receive a refund of their incidental fee. Please note that receiving your incidental fee within 3-7 business days of check-out and submitting a review are NOT connected at all, out of courtesy, we try to refund guests that leave an honest review faster!" do not like how they will process my refund faster if I do a review. This is my money and should be returned quickly with no delay in the first place.
