The gentleman at check-in spoke with a volume that was very difficult to understand. I had several questions which he did not know the answer to. Instead of attempting to get answers, he fabricated an answer to one and told me there was not an answer to another. I asked if there was an allergen menu for the breakfast bar. He just said there was no way of doing that. I asked if I could figure that out with someone in the morning and he said maybe. (One of my children has major food allergies) My other question was about the pool hours. He responded by saying they were 10am-7pm. When we went to check out the pool we found a sign that read the pool was closed for maintenance. Honestly we would have appreciated that information RIGHT away. Then the hours for the pool on the door read 8-10 I believe. Besides that, everything was pretty great.
