Hotel is nice, clean and reasonable. My only concern was we arrived and left while it was dark and the parking lot and entrance was very dark, not lit at all. The parking lot lights went on for about 15 seconds when we arrived. Otherwise, they were off.

I stayed at a Sonesta property in the hill country of Texas. That property was AMAZING. I was expecting the same level of service and amenities, and the Philadelphia property just didn't measure up. The environment wasn't as inviting and as comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and honest. I had left a pair of valuable earrings and the housekeeper turned it in to the front desk. Front desk staff I spoke to was also very cordial. It is very rare to have such trustworthy staff (Monica and other housekeeper that took care of room 117) so I hoped the administration realize how fortunate they are. Kudos to your hiring team.
