Nice big room. Kind of spare, but very clean. The hotel is only about a block away from Central Market, which is great. Noise really wasn’t an issue. I thought it might be given relative proximity to nightlife, but the hotel is on the very western edge of the bars etc., far enough away to not have an effect. The hotel staff are just great, and enjoyed the breakfast. If you’re just in town for a couple of nights and need a budget place, this hotel should do the trick.

My hotel was cleaned regularly by housekeeping. The staff's English was limited, but you could tell they tried their best to help me with any questions. The hotel was central to attractions and it was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. I appreciated my stay here for the very affordable price. Inside the hotel, you are safe. One note for solo female travelers: this is not the hotel for you. During the day things were fine, but starting around 7pm, it was not safe to walk alone. There are far too many foreigners who are specifically there for sex tourism and exploiting the poor local women. Regardless of your appearance, the tourists will harass you too. This is not the hotel's fault in any way, but something to be aware of regarding the area.

Nice Stay

Friendly staff, good location and very clean room. Clean bathroom and hot water, room spacious and cleaned each day. TV has lots of English movie channels. Good location with shopping centre 3 minutes away. Only negatives WiFi didn't work well in my room and the white clothing from my washing came back stained.

This place is a hidden gem in Phnom Penh. The location is very central and easy walking distance to the river, Royal Palace and local markets. I selected the Centrana Hotel based on other positive reviews. I was not disappointed, the room was as it appeared in website photos. The room was large and exceptionally clean. It is located on a reasonably busy street but the hotel is very quiet inside. I would stay there again and not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

The rooms are nice. The place is clean and with a somewhat convenient location depending on what you are looking for. A broken door lock was repaired very quickly. The staff was distant and not engaged. The answer received for an inquiry about laundry was...we don't do it. Unacceptable. Very intermittent wifi. The hotel had a very institutional feel. Almost unfriendly. No food.

This was surprisingly nice, quiet, and comfortable. Centrana Hotel, Phenom Penh, was excellent location to shopping, entertainment, very good restaurants, banks, and the River walk. Definitely recommend and will return. Also felt very safe in the area, as well as my belongings in the room while I was away. My stay was for 3 nights which went by pleasantly fast. I think it is good for solo travelers as well as families. I needed a late checkout, at 4:00pm and they accommodated me for an additional $3.00 total.

Hotel raiting of 8 plus is accurate. Problem is that old adage, location, location, location. This hotel is right beside the Golden Sorya entertainment area. It has be rebranded " PP pub street". That means the party and loud music go ALL night to 5 or 6 in the morning. If you like to party all night or can sleep through a rock concert then this hotel is fine. If, like me, you cannot, then this is not your place.

Good as always

I have stayed at this hotel many times, I choose it for various reasons including, big rooms, good beds, clean rooms, excellent staff and safe. My only critcism is the shower holder on the wall is not adjustable and sprays at you and not on you.

Clean with large rooms, but noisy

Good, central location. Room was large and clean. Good for the price. Major fault is the place is like an echo chamber- it seemed like someone was dragging the bed across the floor at most times of the day and night. I had to call for housekeeping 2/3 days and the 3rd day, they tried to come in around 8am. There is no do not disturb sign for the door. The “spa” and convenience store never appeared to be open.

Excellent Value with Great Staff.

This is a quality hotel, very new with really great staff who always strive to make your stay good. This is my 3rd stay at Centrana and I will be back to stay soon again. The location 2 minutes walk to the Central Market is great. Very good value, you have nice spacious and clean rooms. The beds and bedlinen are excellent quality. As I said earlier all the staff here from the security man outside the housekeeping, reciption are great ambassadors fot this hotel.

A nice clean hotel with spacious rooms

I enjoyed my stay at Centrana. The rooms are very spacious. Really clean. The bed is comfortable and the bed linen is crispy clean and if a high quality as are the towels. The lobby is spacious and constantly being mopped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tbe building is fairly new and is being ķept looking like new which many other places do not do. The only quibble is a charge of $3 per hour for early checkin. I have never come across a chare like this before. Other thsn that charge I have nothing to complain about. This is a really nice clean hotel at a fair price.
