I seen the other reviews and got a little nervous but let me just tell you my room was great !! lots of room and comfortable. location was great next to freeway with dining options !!! the breakfast was perfect for me and my family bagels with cream cheese eggs and bacon , waffles its free breakfast you cant expect a whole buffet thanks Wyndham ill be back for sure !

Overall the front desk was nice. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee which is always a nice feature. However the cleanliness could have been improved. Hair in the shower, items on the floor next to the bed and night stand. It was a quick stay before the airport (within 20 minutes for a the drive) and the kids enjoyed the pool. However there were no towels in the pool area.

Having to stay on the North side of Phoenix I think this is the best to place. Not only was the breakfast a delight the pool and lounge area was a treat.

I like the room, it is very comfortable and pleasant. It doesn't have a musky smell and the walk in shower is the best thing ever. I enjoyed the TV, no glitches and hang ups, it was very responsive and fast. Thank you for having a fridge for our left over dinner.

Our suite had a nice sitting area with sofa and a comfortable chair, but the only TV was mounted in the bed section so you could not enjoy the comfortable seating and watch TV. The facilities were fine but there is s lot of traffic noise, including overnight, from the adjacent Interstate 17. Our room faced the busy highway with lots of truck traffic.

Stayed for 2 nights, the front desk person was very nice & check in process was quick. The room was average and a little run down, some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were very loose. What really bothered me is that it took very long to get my security deposit back. Usually it's a quick process and it's not fully taken out account, just placed on hold, but this was actually taken out and I still haven't seen it refunded. Please refund me my deposit.

Everyone was very nice but their is no snacks for sale and no vending machine. It was clean but very outdated. Also the hwy is so noisy at night for some reason it picks up loud in the rooms. Limited breakfast. I mean it was good for the money spent. I would still say i enjoyed my stay but did go to bed hungry as i had no transportation.

We really liked our room, it was clean and big. The hotel felt very empty, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast left a little to be desired. There was no meat (bacon/sausage) so not a huge variety. The fitness center was one bike and one elliptical, which was disappointing.

Property was in safe area. However breakfast replenishment was subpar. Hot items like eggs were not refilled even 45 minutes before breakfast time ended for two days of three we stayed there.

It was an overall good stay. It is located alongside the freeway in PHX which naturally includes a bit more noise. Pool was closed. It was a clean space and felt like a safe area.

Great experience in many respects
I am sold on Baymont as a brand. This is one chain where I never thought afterwords 'should have spent more somewhere else.' We booked this north Phoenix location on the strength of past experiences at the Albuquerque location. FYI this Phoenix one had been a Comfort Inn at one time; now they have updated the signage saying Baymont. Have to commend the front desk and housekeeping, they do very well for guests. We were allowed to hold a small party in the breakfast nook after hours -thanks CiCi and Candace! Our room was a very nice suite with hide-a-bed couch sitting area. Somehow the outlets by the nightstand had been unplugged from the wall; eventually we figured it out. There is some freeway noise, but we were placed on the far end of the building so it wasn't bad at all. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. I would give the place five stars; the only thing stopping me is that the breakfast needs attention from the management. From what I see the workers do what they can, but it simply wasn't well-stocked each day -no yogurt, no fruit after a time, the same stale toast and muffins in the bin with no tongs. Also there was only one out-of-the way trash can away from the buffet line. They don't offer decaf coffee, either at breakfast or in the 24-hour lobby. The lobby gives a great first impression and everyone is pleasant. It seems like a reasonably safe area. I would book here again.
