This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed.

OK, but doesn't live up to Sheraton name
Given the Sheraton name, expected a bit more. Room was OK, but little things abound--sagging shower curtain rod, loose trim piece on shower, ceiling tiles in room and hallway with nicked edges, stained hallway carpet. Looks like maintenance deferred, and going downhill In addition, no surveillance cameras in parking lot (a deteriorating parking lot at that), so when all 4 wheels were stolen off our rental car there was nothing for PD to go on. We were suggested to park in the back, near the entrance to our room. Which also turned out to be a nice dark secluded place to steal stuff. I understand it is not their responsibility (as they were quick to point out, and as is posted on the lot signs), but a couple of cameras are pretty cheap. So if you go, DON'T park in the back. And Four Points, need to do some upkeep to maintain the Sheraton name

The hotel was really dark (in lighting). It was weird to be in a room that opened out onto the interior of the hotel where there was a pool in the middle inside. There was no natural light in the room. Plumbing seemed to be a problem. Ice machine was down. Odd disco lights in the driveway at the entrance. Not sure that I would stay there again.

Wouldnt stay again!!
No hotel room should have a pool in the middle of it...it was so humid in our room. We were with a group and some people didnt even have a fridge!! What hotel only has a fridge on certain floors? Definitely not worth the $225+ that was a 'group rate'. People were super nice but they dont make the stay, the amenities do and the comfort level and smell was gross

Liked the new tiles and desk, starbucks in entrance...however elevator, exposed pluming ,drapes, hallway, many door frames dsmaged, chipped paint seen often. Overall look aside from tiny area in entrance, looked very unkept in need of regular constant repair so as to avoid present look. Housekeeping very impressed but overall hotel.not impressed. Asked FOR QUIET ROOM..given room in front of indoor pool where all the kids who were there for soccer tournament gathered and needless to say EXTREAMLY NOISY!!! Other then housekeeping NOT IMPRESSED!!! Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns and disappointments.

This property has not been updated in years, and our room was not clean. The curtain had obvious stains on it and the bathtub/shower had other people's hair in it when we got there. The gym is tiny. My kid liked the indoor pool, and it was a good place to hang out in the evening.

The hotel is looking dated and slightly rundown. I was in a double queen room and would have liked a chair other than the desk chair to sit in.

Hotel needs an update to be a Four Points. Hard goods in the room were very old. It was the loudest hotel room I have stayed in doe to the interstate and the HVAC equipment under the window. Parking lot is run down.

The balconies are an added plus. Buffet Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold - bacon not crisp. $12.00 way too much for that.

The property was in a decent location with a ton of dining and fast food and shopping near by. The hotel itself smells so bad of chlorine from the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet is $12 a person and it does not taste good.. at all. The rooms don’t have a fridge or microwave. The shower had almost zero water pressure. I do not recommend this hotel.

Loved, loved, loved our stay We were traveling through the Phoenix area, and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly! The location is right off the freeway, with several reasonable restaurants near by Will stay here again, next time

Our vehicle was broken into on their property. They said they supposedly have security circle the property every 45 minutes to an hour and when we told them about it they didn’t do anything about it nor offer us anything for the inconvenience. When we tried to ask for a refund they said they can’t give me a refund & that they are not responsible. I did not see any signs posted anywhere. Receptionist was rude. Unless you want to get your car broken into, I highly DO NOT recommend! Will not be staying here again.

We found syringes in the room and the carpet was soaked. They moved us to another room and there was an open bottle of vodka in the refrigerator. This room also felt damp but at least the carpet was not wet. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order for most of our stay.

We prepaid for a room and manager gave it someone else! We stopped in at 1:00 and the room was not ready yet. We told them it would be late when we returned. When we went to check in late after football game they had given our prepaid room to someone else!! Every hotel in town was full which is why we prepaid. The Sheraton offered no compensation what so ever for their major screw up! I will never stay in a Sheraton again!

Stayed here many times and they have done sone recent upgrades to the hotel. The rates are excellent, rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Pets ok with a special fenced off dog oark just for hotel guest's! Easy and plentiful parking! Restaurants nearby! Its a no brainer- stay here! My only wish- free breakfast, but the rates are so good its ok.

Good but not great
The hotel was clean. The room started off a little humid because of the indoor pool but the second day was better after lowering the A/C temperature. We go to bed early so the noise from the pool area kept us up, luckily it wasn't too late since it shuts down at 9 PM. Next time we will ask for a room facing away from the pool. The elevator broke the second day and we found out there is no stair that allow you to go up and down floors only a fire escape that allows you to go out. The only other elevator was by the front desk and our room was on the opposite side of the hotel. This is a place we would stay again if priced like it was on this trip. Near the freeway and out of the way of foot traffic so you didn't find people wandering the parking lot at night.

This is an older hotel, it’s not in bad shape, I think it was an old Holiday Inn. The Restaurant seem to have pretty good food and in the bar was good. The people seemed very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was ok - we had requested a microwave and refrigerator. They told us our room had a microwave, but there was no fridge available at the time, but they would put our name on the list. Then our toilet clogged the minute we got in there. Our room DID NOT have a microwave either. We asked every morning and every afternoon for the fridge - no luck!
