The washer and dryer was out of order. As someone who travels for work, this is very inconvenient. This is a common issue at many Holiday Inn’s. It’s like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s. This past month I’ve spent way too much time at sketchy laundromats across the country.

I attempted to move from this location to the other location in the same city. Both locations had plenty of rooms.. Told by the managment that they have a strict policy about changes on the day of arrival. So if I wanted to move locations 10 miles down the road I would be paying both locations.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with the exception that the room smelled a like bit like dog poop. We used a deodorant so it was fine after that for the most part. It was an easy fix. I don’t know if the guest prior had a dog or what but that the only way I could explain the smell… We were honestly too tired to say anything about it or asked to change rooms. Overall the stay was great. Not a fan of the bed comfort level but that’s just me and what I’m used to.

Great atmosphere and silent auction!
Have stayed several times and always had a great experience. Great location, pool and bar/restaurant. I really like the silent memorabilia auction, even won a Jim McMahon helmet once. I would recommend that the hotel upgrade the rooms to be equipped with USB ports, otherwise a great stay as usual.
