It’s an old, quaint hotel. The bathroom is tiny, the walls don’t block any sound from adjoining rooms. However, it’s clean and the staff is excellent.

Location is very convenient if you use public transportation. Front desk offers free luggage storage after check out which is much appreciated for me. Wall is not sound approved, but heating is quiet and warm. Overall satisfaction.

Great front desk!! Lovely and authentic old hotel with nice room amenities and a great bed. It was small and quiet, but there was no temperature control in the room besides a ceiling fan and we were too warm. Would stay again.

Staff was great and the restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious. Food and drinks! It’s an older hotel and the linen and rooms need a little updating. Plus the carpet has seen better days. But for the most part it was a cool spot for an adventure back in time! Plus central to a lot of spots for food and drinks. Great location in phoenix.

House-keeping and front desk were amazing. The rest of the hotel is, well, fine. Walls are remarkably thin (especially between bathrooms of adjacent rooms). Super cool old vintage hotel with lots of character and stories. Lobby was gorgeous, staff was helpful, super close to the venue that we were going to. Will be staying again!
