Per your comments about the noise from the live music and from the Housekeeping team, I would like to apologize for your experience. Please do know that all of your comments are taken very seriously as we use them as training tools to better our staff as well as the service we provide. For towels in the room, our policy is to exchange any towel that is not hung up in the bathroom. Regarding the sheets and towels that the resort, they are all clean as hypoallergic and chemical free, so the reaction may have been from a different source. I feel terrible that your stay didn't go as planned but I truly hope you were able to find some time to relax and enjoy Scottsdale.
