It was a nice place but not in any kind of resort. It was an average apartment complex with a room to rent. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Fully stocked and nicely cleaned and decorated. Just not really as advertised in my opinion.

On the last day when I tried to fix the sheets, I realized I had been sleeping on other people’s hair and their bodily fluids. It made me sick to my stomach. The AC was such a big problem. I constantly dealing with maintenance. They put a portable AC in which was the most noisy in the world, and it would only cool a small part of the room. The room temperature at times would go up to 84 and I am from Toronto. I feel there was a lot of false advertising. I am fighting for my money back. I am leaving Arizona dehydrated sick, and extremely sleep deprived. I was on a work trip I was expected to be on working as well and that also got affected Please

The property was better than expected. It was quiet and relaxing. Very clean and the amenities are great. I enjoyed the location there were many dining and shopping options only minutes away. My family members who stayed in a hotel will be booking with Meridian our next visit.

Nice facility, EXCELLENT online checkin/checkout. I wish the listing showed the actual location and not the address of the office. It was well north of 'the good stuff' in Sedona.

The marketing on this property was top notch. Upon arriving , we realized we were not staying in resort style accomodations but instead we had rented a furnished apartment in a complex of full time renters. These accommodations were adaquate and reminded us of some college apartments we had in the 1990s . Unfortunately for a vacation, we would not choose this place again.

Our stay at the Meridian condo was excellent. Located in McDowell Ranch in Scottsdale, beautiful desert location with shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality bucket filled with a bottle of wine and snacks. Very nice weekend for my family.

This was an outstanding property--modern, spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. Since there was no local person on site, we chose to follow the directions that were sent to us rather than go to an offsite office. The instructions were clear, but being senior citizens, it took us a while to figure it out. My only suggestion is to provide a digital clock in the bedrooms. All in all, an excellent place.
