The main pool area was under maintenance. We stayed at the adult pool and enjoyed it. Only thing the restaurant at the adult pool was closed. Front desk staff was very helpful! Loved the restaurant on the cliff! Beautiful views!

I had a great experience during my short stay at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Bella, who assisted me at check-in, was welcoming, professional, and made the process quick and easy. The resort was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Although my visit was brief, it was a very pleasant experience.
