This property was renovated recently, was super clean and offered everything you could want in a studio. Cold ac, a new washer and dryer, nice sheets and towels and all hard surface floors. Beware that there are stairs and the area around the property is very dense, so parking may be a block or two away. I did get barraged with at least a dozen messages between the host and Expedia, so they need to figure the communications piece out. Would definitely recommend for a solo business traveler like myself.

The property is beautiful. Make sure an able bodied person rents. There's 17 stairs to get to the unit I was in and it was a challenge for me each time. More stairs to the roof deck. I didn't go up there. There is no storage to put your clothes when you arrive. So digging in your suitcases becomes a frequent activity. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, but I was disappointed with the TV watching. The room comes with Rocu so no local or network channels. The only reason I gave it a good rating is because the property and room were very clean and it has a pool. Even though I didn't swim at all.

This propery comes as advertised. Primo location. Easy walk to anywhere you need to go. Super quiet and safe cul de sac. Smaller unit but it was perfect for my needs. Heated pool was clean and comfortabe. The hosts touched base frequently to ensure a seamless staywhich was also much appreciated. Parking at the end of the day could be a challenge but wasnt for me. The only possible downside would be the inability to open windows for some fresh air. I will be staying here again

The room was so cute and clean! All the codes I needed worked for the room. Everybody was super respectful and responded in a timely manner. The rooms are a bit small but it’s perfect for a little romantic weekend. Will definitely be coming back with my friends were already planning a triple date weekend away

Great Old Town Rental Spot
Really enjoyed the apartment ! Fantastic location is walking distance to all the fun Old Town spots. Found the place to be spotless,clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for whipping up meals. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with very nice towels,soaps etc Communication with host Vince was seamless. Easy access to a secure property was great. Look forward to staying here again

While listed as pet friendly, their policies are not. No pets on the furniture? We had some bug and cleanliness issues. Housekeeping came by to address, but didn’t have the supplies necessary to do a great job. I was sucked in by the promise of Egyptian cotton sheets, but they were polyester. The kitchen is nicely stocked and even included some spices and coffee. The area is pretty nice, but the unit overall seemed in need of some repairs and a deep cleaning.

I traveled with my two teenage sons to visit my sister in Scottsdale. The place was perfect for our needs! I had my own room with a comfy bed and the boys shared an air mattress in the living room. Vince was super quick to answer questions and made sure we had a great stay. I definitely recommend this place!

This was the worst experience I've had! Before I even entered the unit, I could not find the assigned parking spot, the picture showed an outline of what the spot looked like. It appeared to be on the sidewalk behind a dumpster and the lot was FULL OF DUMPSTERS!It was also dark, so I decided to wait until morning and get groceries. Then the ISSUE WAS THE SIZE I was staying in a 1 bedroom with my three children. I knew it would be tight, but I was told there was a sofa bed that would pull out. There was NOT! AN AIR MATTRESS was found in the closet. We arrived at night, and now had to go to bed. I set up the mattress on the floor for my two older kids. They had no room to walk in the room, plug in devices, get their clothes ready for school, etc. I waited till sunrise to get groceries and get them ready for school, came back at 6;45, and those kids were flat on the floor, and it was somehow leaking. The coffee maker didn't work. It became clear that this situation was not going to work for me and my family. I emailed the host, Vince, earlier about parking, but he was driving and couldn't be in constant communication with me. At this point, I called Expedia directly, and said I wanted to check out. They said they were calling PRIMO OLD TOWN and would get back to me. Expedia did, Primo did not. I called the number for Primo that was provided, and it went to voicemail and they never even returned my call. Expedia said they would deny me a refundI checked out at 11

WORST. No contact number for help, rooms are awful
What a terrible experience. Do not book here. There is no one to contact if you’re having a problem. I promise you the room that you think you’re going to get is not the room that you were going to receive. They all look like cute studio apartments with little balconies and bright and airy units. Wrong. It was like a shoebox. The windows were above your head. You couldn’t open them or even get the blinds open to let in light and there is no balcony. It’s a shared balcony in the middle of the building or are you a shared rooftop but there is nothing private. You can’t even open a window in there. Honestly I’ve seen a nicer motel six or I could sit outside and get some fresh air in my room. And again, as I said, the biggest issue is, if you do wanna speak to the property owner, you only have an email as your communication. Not even hotels.com Can call them. Everything is email. Please spare yourself the frustration an absolute disappointment in this location. You can get A room just like the pictures at a different place for the same price. Do not let this police fool anyone else. You guys are the worst. And I’ve never left a bad review on here before lol

Really nice with 1 bedroom condo. Parking was on street behind the unit. Had some issues with maintance of AC unit noise that needed resolution. I would stay there again.

Having traveled pretty much all over the United States, Great Britain in Spain I’ve come upon some interesting lodging amenities. This being one of them .a little shave off of a consideration here and you would elevate your comfort there. Location was excellent residents interesting yet very nice. I enjoyed my stay and I give it a five star rating. Vince was over the top outstanding as a host responding way faster than anyone I’ve ever communicated within other properties and he followed every question through to resolution. Five star host. I will return

Cozy little studio. It would get warm and the sky light was a little annoying. Bathroom door didn’t close all of the way, but overall it was a nice place.
