What can I say really. Property is what it is. You have good hotels and bad hotels... This is a bad hotel.. They over charge. There is no breakfast. Could say a more... But wouldn't change anything. I would not recommend coming here. Most hotels are better than this place. Either the same price or a little bit more expensive 10 to 20 bucks but way way nicer.

Upon check in we were over charged and the front desk staff did not enter our existing reservation details and did not enter our discount, AAA, details so we were not given the discount although she said she applied it and took a copy of our AAA card. The property was noisy all night long. The front desk was difficult to deal with regarding their errors. The security staff was great and watched the parking lot. The housekeeping lady was delightful and efficient. We appreciated her very much. We are still following up with the Super 8 by Wynham Mesa/ Gilbert for our overcharge amount. This has not been an easy task to get our over charge in the amount of $138.04.

It's not a 5-star resort, it's a low price place to stay, and for that it excels. We found that it had all of the basic necessities and it served us well. It was convenient to the places that we needed to be, was clean, and the staff were friendly. What more could one ask for?

Do not stay at this place. The room i checked into had water on the floors in the entry and bathroom. There was visible water damage to the ceiling (where water was actively leaking) and to the compisite wood flooring. The pillows were not clean as evidenced by the smell. The parts of the floor that weren't wet were dirty also. I asked for a clean room and was given a room with two full beds instead of a single king. While this room was clean, the smell of weed permeated the placd and the bathtub in the new room would not drain. I killed several flies in my room ad during the night i was bit by a spider. Absolute never staying here again.

The room was NOT CLEANED!!There was used towels and the bed wasn’t made. It was gross. There was a young girl that offered us drugs outside then she went inside and was talking to the stsff( don’t know if she was an empire or was related to the woman she was talking to). We did call the front desk and she said the ONLY thing she could do was get us clean towels. The girl that came to inspect our rooom said there was no other rooms available and I wanted a refund but of course she wouldn’t do it. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! It was really GROSS AND DIRTY!!!

Property was dirty. Floors wore out… need to replace. Dog feces just outside door… wasn’t cleaned up for days. Bathroom tub, mold, no stoppers for tub or sinks, rust on Kleenex holder. Smell from sink.

Staff was not friendly at all, elevator broken so we had to carry our heavy lluggages to the third floor by ourselves. Once in the room, it was dirty and everything was broken or poorly fixed. Bedsheets had holes and blankets too. Although it said breakfast, it was just a cereal bar and a drink. The location did not feel very safe either. The only thing that looked correct was the pool, clean.

All landscape was so old as well as the building. No closet. Everything was VERY worn and unattractive. Unusual odors, not pleasant! We went to our room and turned around and left.

Very disappointed with my stay. Immediately after walking in, I was greeted by very unfriendly front desk staff who refused to answer any questions I had pertaining to dining in the area what was open considering it was late after returning to my room immediately noticed giant stains and burns on the comforter that made the bed. Also the bath had water in it still in the sink. Honestly, it looks like somebody tried to just clean it as fast as I could without taking into consideration, the next person who’s going to be in the room.. Very loud and noisy at all hours of the night starting at midnight all the way until four in the morning when I woke up. It’s very difficult to sleep in and relax. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon ..waste of money.

Property needs friendly employees
The employee at check-in was NOT very friendly, did not return my "Hello", never smiled and barely talked to me. The overall property is dated, but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bath towels were surprisingly soft and fairly thick.

Our guests arrived here late after driving 12 hours to reach their destination. Once they checked in and went to their rooms, they were filthy. There were dead bugs on the floor and beds and cigarette burns in the sheets. They brought it to the attention of the staff and told them they couldn’t stay there in the uncleanliness. They talked to the girl at the front and she called the manager. They both apologized and said they would refund them for the rest of the nights but we would have to call Expedia and have them do it. Well 2 days later Expedia got ahold of them and they denied the refund. We paid up front for 3 nights! The guests didn’t spend one night there and had to find another hotel late at night. If I could give a negative 10 out of 10 I would. Stay away.
