The people at the office were short and rude phone was broke they took it amd didnt replace it was without phone in room the whole time foind an empty condom wrapper under the bed

Definitely not worth the money. The staff acted as if they didn't want me there. Plus, the mini fridge in my room made a loud ticking noise all day long so it was hard to get any sleep. Most of the channels on the television were in Spanish and I wasn't able to change it to English for whatever reason. The A.C. worked when it wanted too and the surrounding neighborhood is horrible. First time stay, last time stay. The Wi-Fi also did not work on my laptop and sometimes on my phone so I really couldn't get much work done.

I had no problem staying there.

It was OK just a little bit noisy with cars and train passing by besides its alright, no issues, the front desk guy mike was nice but they need to get rid of the curry smell as soon as you enters the front desk.

There was pretty much no cleaning of the rooms, absolutely no cleaning of the bathroom and there was no breakfast to speak of, just a couple of muffins, some bananas and juice.

Decent location.

Location was good. Room was fairly clean. Overall it was good. Service needed help. I asked for additional towels for my kids and they acted very put out. I also had to go to the desk to ask for more toilet paper as there was less than a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. Breakfast was a joke. Basically store bought pastries and a bottle of juice.

Not what I expected for a Wyndham property. Value for money not the greatest. Breakfast was cheap and meagre. Little fruit that ran out early and not replenished. Coffee in the room was poor and cups only 2 paper type that served for any beverage, including water. Bathroom was very dirty at the floor level. Lots of dust and dirt in the corners, no fan (it was completely gutted and only a bare opening). We had family with us in another room and they fared no better than we did. We will not go back and any Wyndham hotel will be thoroughly checked. before any of us will book again.

This hotel is very old and in disrepair. Sadly, we were very disappointed with the room and the cleanliness. The hotel is close to many businesses in Mesa.

Scary and Dirty

Sadly this motel is run down, filthy, and not safe. The night I checked in the clerk couldn't even open the blinds to help me. He slid the room key through a metal drawer. The 2nd night was very scary as I was awoken to my room phone ringing with a mans voice telling me to open my back door so he could 'smuggle some blunts'. I hung up the phone as he must have got the wrong number. He immediately called back and said he saw me walk in last night and to hurry and open the door. I became fearful for my life as the back door is not a strong door like the front and I could now hear his voice out my back door. The front desk was not helpful but rather annoyed i would bother them. I called the cops and there was nothing they could really do. As his voice got louder I knew I had no choice but to vacate the property. I packed my room up in the dark and had a friend who was staying at a nearby hotel come and pick up my daughter and me. As seen in my pictures this motel needs some TLC. Cigarette burns all over the bedspread, very dirty walls and carpet, and the bathroom/shower is outdated and disgusting. I filed a complaint with Wyndham/Travelodge and they never bothered to get back to me. Poor service.
