It was a great place to stay. A bit run down looking from the outside, but the inside of the room was like a little apartment. The bathtub made up for everything. This was the main reason why we chose it. Not near the city center.

The property was filthy. The room seemed clean but after we killed a cockroach we insisted on staying elsewhere. Hotels.com was good about transferring us to another hotel.

Stay away from this hotel

Room was clean but bathroom was not remodeled. No breakfast, no coffee in the morning, no swimming pool and they rent rooms to homeless shelter.

The inside was beautiful, reminded me of an updated studio apartment. Exterior was poor; tall weeds in the entrance areas, broken tiles and busted concrete at main and patio entrances. Road was riddled with pot holes in front of the rooms.

This is NOT 3 Star Hotel. I can see where it once was, but with a broken window and ac unit, they can no longer hold that status. I could go on, but let me finish with, during our 5 day stay, housekeeping never ince checked in on us.

The most unsatisfied stay that I ever had. We paid the hotel online through expedia and they also charged my husband upon checking in. The rooms is located in the middle of nowhere like a motel. It's very unsafe.

Crumbs all over the bed, sheets that were questionable for clean, sheets that would not stay on mattress, shower took 15 minutes to warm and it leaked and curtain did not reach floor so a big mess, homeless roaming all over, someone had household belongings stacked outside door nearby, so bad we did not stick around for second night of reservation because it felt unsafe!

Our original room stunk. They gave us a less stinky room. There was a police vehicle in the parking lot constantly. The key never worked. They have no pool, no lobby even. Never again.

There were people living in the rooms, they said they were in a program. That was not diclosed on the wb site. The pictures are very outdated and misleading to the property. The room was ok but there was no breakfast provided as stated. I would not recommend this half way house to be on your website as a hotel.

Stay away!!!!

I’m looking for a refund. I did not stay at the property which in there description failed to mention it’s a homeless and halfway house. It was not as it is described per your listing. I did not feel safe staying there with my parents. We also learned that police are often called to the hotel.
