The amenities were great. When we checked in and tried to use our room shower it did not drain at all, The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall (no big deal), and the door you had to push incredibly hard to get in. We notified staff about the shower but it was not fixed during our stay.

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again

The staff were excellent! They were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell that they work hard. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.
