Phu Luang Wildlife Sanctuary, Thailand hotel rooms at the Independent

"This hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road. Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me. It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!"

"It was kinder than I expected and overall it was okay."

"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "

"Meget bra rom, rent og med terasse! Hyggelig betjening og god frokost! Rask WiFi. Bra parkering! Eneste minuset var støy/musikk fra ett utested på nordsiden og det varte helt til i 02 tiden på natta, så det ble dårlig med søvn!"

"Hotel très beau, surtout pour le prix. Mais en basse saison, très difficile d’avoir un taxi. De plus, on doit tout anticiper pour les repas. Mais la réceptionniste était d’une gentillesse... Merci à elle!"
