Staff very rude always make us felt uncomfortable not really supportive steering and misleading their customer I’m not really surprised specially at the tourist area but their neglecting unprofessional could accuse customers for missing items before carefully checking throughly if it was corrected before to make any call to the customer simple stuff could mess up people vacation.

完全に隔離されたリゾートエリア
スタッフは皆親切で、問い合わせ等にも的確に対応してくれました。朝食ブッフェはメニューのバリエーションが少ないので、連泊していると飽きるかも。宿泊者数が少ない日は、ブッフェがなく（サラダとフルーツはあり）、フォーだけの日もありました。ホテルエリア内だけで生活することを想定した作りなので、街中まで出るには相当歩くかタクシーを使うしかありません。エリア内にあるレストランはリゾート価格でベトナムの相場を考えるとかなり高めです。海はとてつもなく綺麗でした。部屋は綺麗でベッドも大きく、快適でした。ベランダがあれば洗濯干しやすくてなおよかったかも。
