By the look of the exterior and lobby of the hotel, it is a five star worthy resort. The room itself is not as luxurious. The room furnitures show signs of wear & tear. The bed is one of hardest bed, and it hurts my back. The shower drain is also cloggng, and it drains slowly. There are no hair conditioner nor body lotion. The pool is nice, not too busy and not much chemicals in the water. We have free breakfast and bottle water. The only dinning room is huge, with two service buffet areas. The food is above average. Vinholiday provided us free unlimited Vinbus. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Free bus to night market and shopping. We enjoyed the bus rides. We even used it to Sunset town (half way). We also enjoyed the discounted tickets to VinSafari and VinWonder. The free shuttle runs every half hour. We had to fight our way on the last bus after VinWonder water show. Human sardines on the last bus back to the hotel. We also like the beach and the Grand World area. We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast.

Simple Comfort and a Lovely Pool in Phu Quoc

The place was clean and comfortable, with all the basics covered. I really liked the big swimming pool. Breakfast was pretty good, nothing fancy but nice. The croissants shaped like the Vietnamese flag stood out. I wish there were more kinds of fruit though. It’s not super fancy, but it’s a great spot to chill and relax quietly in Phu Quoc.

Beautiful and new hotel. Very near to Grand world just 100 meters. Big and comfortable bed. You also can see the Fireworks clearly at night.

The staff were very friendly and made sure to make our stay comfortable. It is ideal location to visit the attraction in Grand World. The only drawback was that it was bit far from Phu Quoc town city and Han Thom attractions. Overall loved it!!
