The most amazing service, I’ve never been met with such hospitality. Hosts were extremely responsive, rooms included daily house keeping with your personal laundry done free of charge. We even had fruits left in the fridge for us. Property was beautiful and we loved the pool. Some minor issues with larger vehicles making it up the hill but either rent a scooter or have the host help you book a tuk tuk! They can get it for cheaper than on the grab app. Overall amazing stay!

Our stay in Kata was made even more special from the wonderful staff. The Hotel is just far enough away but close enough to the action of Kata. Will be staying here again. Especially if Lita is still looking after your stay.

Very nice property and hospitality from the Management team was fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure our stay would be perfect in every way. However, the property is on the top of a very steep hill and you either have to drive or take a taxi every time you want to get back.

Had a terrible experience at this property, with what I would only describe as “highway robbery”. Totally unaware that electricity and water cost were NOT included as part of the package and have to pay on checkout. This is not mentioned upfront upon booking and you are required to sign a contract on checkin (not like you have a choice given is no refund). We stayed 6 nights and the electricity bill came out to be US$400. Mind you we were out on average 8 hours a day during our stay. So clearly a scam. Lesson learnt. Cleaning staff were very nice but the owner is clearly here to make a buck, which is ok but I do have a problem with robbery. Called the cops but they couldn’t resolve the problem but they were clearly sympathetic and they know the bill would be for a whole year in Phuket, not 6 nights. The owner will prob respond by saying we signed the contract - which she’s correct. So again it was my fault for getting scammed. I never write reviews in general because frankly don’t have time but this one clearly warrants one. Advice to you guys considering booking: go elsewhere, don’t waste your time, money and headache on dishonest people
