Overall pleasent stay.

Hotel was nice! Swimmingpool was ok! Beach was kind of dull when low tide, otherwise nice. Staff was very nice.

Veldig rolig og fin plass. Frokost buffén var ikke noe særlig å skryte av. Vi leide oss scooter for å utforske øya og det var supert. Bungalowen var fin rett ved bassenget og utsikt mot havet.

Property is nice, staffs are super friendly. 2 things didn’t like were, it’s the end of the island. Little out of way. It’s beach can’t swim. Transportation was hard for my aunt and uncle who can’t drive motorcycle. We had to find something to accommodate them. And last thing was their a/c & Tv. None of TV in rooms are working- called for service several time. It gets too stuff when A/C keeps on and off everything 2-3 minutes due to conversation of their energy. Property tries to conserve their energy therefore they’re using government’s Engergy which shut off/on almost every minute I feel like.

The owner helped us rent a scooter with a sidecar since my husband had a cast on his leg. The entire staff was very accommodating and courteous at all times. We had a beach front bungalow which was very clean and well kept. Don't be discouraged if you arrive and the beach is a little rocky. It is just because the tide is out and they have a nice pool for the in between time. They also did our laundry for us which came back perfect. Highly recommend Koh Yao Heaven Resort.

Abgesehen von den paar Poolliegen und den 4 Hängematten gab es keinen Stuhl mit Lehnen. Zum Frühstück und zum Essen gab es nur eine art Holzbänke zum sitzen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur für eine Nacht als durchgang zur Fähre geeignet. Das personal ist freundlich und versucht stets Ihr bestes zu geben. Gleich vor dem Eingang ist ein rustikaler Taxistand der Organisiert vom Roller bis zum Ausflug oder Weiterrreise alles.

Beautiful little hotel i Koh Yao

Great service from the lady manager in the reception, she even drove us to the marina for transfer back to Phuket. Simple smaller hotel in connection to the amazing beach.

Preisleistungsverhältnis unmöglich! Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Wurden erst ins falsche Zimmer gebracht (a la "man kann es ja mal probieren"); TV nicht funktionsfähig und der angepriesene "Ingenieur" kam leider in den 3 Tagen nicht um es wie versprochen zu reparieren. Was am Ende sowieso egal gewesen wäre, da zwischen 11-14 und 16-19Uhr der Strom ständig ausgefallen ist. Nicht nur wir angekündigt 1-2 mal am Tag, sondern wirklich so oft, dass man 30mal die Klimaanlage neu anmachen musste. Das ist nicht entspannend! Wäscheservice gibt es auch, nur leider haben sich ein paar Sachen verfärbt. Dass man bunt nicht mit schwarz wäscht sollte jeder wissen, hier wohl aber nicht. Frühstück war lecker!

Fantastiskt läge men i behov av små reparationer

Ett hotell med stor potential som tyvärr kändes lite eftersatt med lite behov av mindre reparationer och piffning. Fantastiskt läge med både pool och strand och möjlighet att hyra vattenskoter, kajak och moppe i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Poolen hade en lite grundare del vilket var perfekt för barnen. Frukosten var okej. En liten buffé med några thailändska alternativ plus bröd, kaffe, te och juice.

Nice and friendly staff who speak very good English. Pictures not alike but it’s a beautiful place. But don’t expect to use the beach for bathing, its not the best. We visit in off-season which made it a bit difficult to find something to eat in the neighborhood. Cleaning every day. Silent and calm.

Island Getaway

The location is wonderful on a private beach that extends past the pier that is being repaired. The staff was so accommodating for our vegetarian and vegan dietary needs. The owner made us delicious meals and got to know our favourites. She would bring them out before we even ordered. We would have loved a brewed coffee though, but for the price instant coffee did the job. The facility was kept clean and the sheets and towels were changed daily as well as the shower was cleaned. You can see the neighbouring islands from the beach as well. We were very happy with our stay!!!

Isolated good for a couple of days. Prices are 4x than main island. Food isn’t kept hot, big bacteria harboring. Outdoor eating area, too many bugs flying around food. Fricken staff placed coffee from night before on warmer the next morning to serve, which SUCKED ASS!!!!!

Dejlig udsigt

Værelset var superdejligt, dejlig udsigt til både pool og hav. Der var kun 10 liggestole, det var godt nok på det tidspunkt vi var der, men jeg tvivler i højsæsonen, for man kan ikke bade fra stranden - der er fyldt med sten. Komforten i restauranten var elendig - det var taburetter man sad på. Pris og komfort hænger ikke sammen

Det räcker med ett par dagar på ön.

Lite ensligt, långt till närmaste resort och stranden var inte trevlig när det var lågvatten. Dessutom massor sv glas på stranden. Få solstolar runt poolen.

Pokoj s výhledem na oceán měl pouze 4raminka...tudiz problém s oblecenim.Zadna skříň. U bazénu pouze 8lehatek a na pláži žádna.Plaz korálová,vhodná na obuv do vody a plazove mušky.Odliv 2x za den,tudiz jsme byli jen u bazenu.Celkove jsme byli zklamání.Cesta z Phuketu stala rychloclunem 200 batu.Na protější malý ostrov chtěli za logtail 1000batu za osobu.

Guter Aufenthalt, in ruhiger Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal ist einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Das Bett war leider etwas hart und im Bad (2ter Stock) ist das Wasser sehr langsam abgeflossen was bedeutete man stand 30-40 Minuten im Bad unter Wasser. Dies war nicht so angenehm. Das Essen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant war sehr gut, vor allem die original thai Speisen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, für Familien mit kleinen Kinder sehr zu empfehlen, da ruhig gelegen und es gibt einen Pool.

Spent two nights in a bungalow at Koh Yao Heaven. Good size room and bathroom with ac and hot water. Clean and comfortable bed. The pool was an added bonus even though you are right on the beach. The beach is nice despite the pier they built right in the middle of the bay. Highly recommend rendering a moped from the guy right next to the hotel and explore the island. There are some really nice beaches with no one on them - although make sure you go when it’s high tide! The food was not very good at the restaurant - surprising for Thailand - but the best thing about the location is that the restaurant Emm is just up the road and absolutely fantastic. One of the best meals we had on the whole trip, and the owner is wonderful. We also went to the seafood place by the pier on the north of the island (Also recommended by TripAdvisor, name is something like Bam Rim Nam) which was also excellent. The other good thing about this location is that the speedboat to Phuket leaves from the pier so you don’t have very far to go. I would say the bungalows are overpriced though. We had a discount through hotels.com and I’m glad I didn’t pay the full price.

Awesome location with private beach. Good food and very impressive buffet breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax in this is the place.
