Best location, clean and friendly boutique hotel

Room is spacious and clean, excellent customer services, fast wifi, quiet working A/c. Central location with excellent food opposite the hotel and a reliable, trust worthy, reasonable price pink tuktuk (no A464 Mr Khu) parks around the corner

We arrived at 9 AM and were expecting to checkin at least a little bit early. The front desk was not at all accommodating and was firm with the 2 PM strict checkin. We has to launder around here and there and the fact that we could not freshen up after a long flight made this entire experience frustrating. We tried our luck to checkin again around 1 PM. She was again firm that we had to wait until 2 PM. Apart from this experience, rest of the stay was fine. The hotel is located very close to the beach and bangla road.

New hotel, nice staffs, good location

Hotel was new, so actually all the equipment is ok in new condition. The only thing is, while we stay it can hear very noise from next room, including TV sound, laughing or something else to wake me up at the early morning everyday. So means the room's sound insulation is not very good at all. The staffs are very nice,polite and helpful. Hotel lobby and room was clean. Hotel location is near the beach, hotel opposite have a small local food market till mid-night. Nearly with 7-11, family mart within 1 mins. Next road to Bangla road, walk about 10 mins. Laundry service not provided by hotel, but there have an tour counter at the hotel door, it can be provide laundry service with a cheap price. Hotel locate between 3-4 massage shop, maybe it's not easy for a taxi driver to find it at night.

The hotel's play area is great for families with small children. Location makes it really comfortable to sample all Phuket has to offer without walking to far. The biggest disappointment was no breakfast.

Loved staying here! It’s in a terrific location, only about a 1.5 minute walk to the beach and the street it’s on was one of the most peaceful in Patong. The rooms and common areas are all cute and very clean but the true stars of the show are the staff. They were all kind and helpful and very professional and went above and beyond after the airline lost my wife’s bag. 10/10 would recommend.

Family friendly hotel located at Patong Beach

Family friendly hotel located 1 minute walk from Patong Beach. Hotel have an old and new section, try to get a room in new section as it has elevator/pool on rooftop/clean rooms(no cockroaches) Staff very friendly and flexible try to help out we were able to change room from old section to new section Breakfast not very good, tasteless few options and some guest got sick from it. Also saw a cockroach run over breakfast floor Highly recommended if you get a room in new section

Love this hotel very much. - Staffs were friendly - small playground for children & a big blue slide from level two to reception area. - 5-10mins walk to beach. - Mini mart jusT 2mins away - food stall just opp hotel - spacious room with full toiletries - Free beach towel (return after use) Overall: really satisfied with everything. Will definitely recommend to those with children.
