We enjoyed a family holiday here last week. The location is beautiful and the property is well kept. There are plenty of things to do here for kids and adults alike, and plenty of spots to laze the days away if you don't feel like doing anything. The highlight was every single member of staff. Such lovely helpful and genuine people that were so welcoming and friendly to us. We will be back.

Very clean and tidy rooms. We had a two bedroom unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our eight night stay. The kids loved their time at kids camp. We enjoyed the pools and poolside service. The hotel is a bit away from most places but we still did two full day trips away. We liked the quieter area. There are options to eat out away from the hotel. But the restaurants on site were great. Food prices not too dissimilar to Aussie food prices. We enjoyed the friendly staff Marn, Love, JJ, Nam to name some standouts. Hope to return at some point in the future.

Family Stay

The resort was great and the staff where fantastic. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very large and had all the required amenities including a fully equipped kitchen. Our kids especially loved the children's activity play centre and the beach. The first couple of days it took as a while to get our bearings walking around the resort as it is so spread out. We only had a couple of annoyances: 1) Hotels.com advertised our breakfast as a full kitchen continental breakfast with no further description. The vast majority of guests at the hotel had a buffet breakfast at JW Cafe. To our disappointment, a Full Kitchen Continental Breakfast actually meant eating at the Siam Deli and being offered only one Beveridge and one of only a handful of menus listed in their menu. It was definitely not a full kitchen! We were not able to upgrade to the buffet breakfast and had to pay the full fee for that option. 2) We paid top dollar for our accommodation. Had we researched better, we could have had the room for close to a third of the price had travelled 2 weeks later in April.

Schöne Anlage hat jeden ihrer 5 Sterne verdient

Das JW Marriott ist ein wunderschönes Resort aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt ( 5 Wochen im Jahr) ist es mir in Zukunft leider zu teuer. Ich würde es mir überlegen wenn Marriott einen langzeit Rabatt einrräumen würde.

Eines der schönsten Resorts Thailands

Wir waren schon oft in diesem Hotel es ist meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Hotels in denen ich je war. Das einzige das es zu kritisieren gibt ist der jährliche steigende Preis. Man sollte von Marriott Seite einmal überlegen ob man nicht für diejenigen die länger bleiben einen einigermaßen guten Preis machen sollte. Wir sind am überlegen ob wir nichtmal ein anderes Resort aufsuchen das günstiger ist. Wir sind immerhin jedes Jahr 4-5 Wochen in Thailand

Nice staff and decent food. Very good for kids with the designated pool and kids club. My only gripes would be the noise from people walking around above (the Marriott in Khao Lak has the same issue) and the staff not handling PCR documents with appropriate sensitivity.

This was our 3rd time staying at the JW and Marriott Phuket Beach Club. The facilities are amazing and the kids club is fantastic. The service has always been top notch and we look forward to our next stay in Phuket JW

Restaurants food disappointing

2 bedroom apartment is perfect for family of 6. We had G/F apartment, very convenient. Kitchen is well equipped. Classes activities are good. Downside is the restaurants are overpriced and food quality is low for that price. Especially Thai restaurant- need decor but food is disppointing.

There was 4 of us on this trip staying at the hotel. 3 of us got sick with vomit and diarrhoea. We only ate pretty much the entire time at the hotel. We were able to pretty much identified the food that caused the sickness as I did not eat the same food in the hotel hence I was not sick. Pretty miserable really and we certainly did not expect this for the price we pay. Needless to say, we will not stay at the same hotel chain and I will not book another holiday using your website.

Großes Resort mit gutem Komfort, gepflegt , obwohl schon ca. 15 Jahre alt, in tropischen Garten mit See und Flüsschen, die angeblich 1000 Betten verlaufen sich ohne crowded zu werden. 3 Pools, mehrere Bars, mehrere Restaurants im Resort, aber die Restaurants für thailändische Verhältnisse doch sehr teuer. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgerüstet und bei dem in 3 min entfernten kleinen EKZ kann man auch mal zur Selbstversorgung einkaufen. Der Strand ist umwerfend und die Sonnenuntergänge täglich spektakulär!
