“Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. ”

“The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent.”

Only negative was the cleaning charge - as you pay for the apartment to be cleaned in your departure, there were a few areas in my arrival that were not as clean as I expected.... “A very modern building about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and about 30 minute walk to main shopping area, hotel situated in mostly residential areas so very quiet after 8pm in evening, otherwise fine with supemarket also 10 minutes walk away”

“Host was very helpful and knowledge about the area. Appartment is near the heart of Bellagio next to great places to eat. Great appartment, very tidy and clean. Only missing a TV in terms of amenities.”

“Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us”
