We needed to change our reservation date and the proprietor was very helpful as we worked through this with Expedia to make it happen. The room was nicely appointed and it had a large bathroom. Breakfast the next day was excellent.

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and all have been an excellent experience. This is a Relaise & Chateau Hotel, a chain of hotels we frequent. We love the location since it's an ideal place to stay a couple of days before our flight back to the USA. It's only 30 minutes by car to Charles De Gualle airport.

We ended up booking this hotel after missing a connecting flight, and what a surprise it turned out to be. The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal is a stunning property steeped in history and elegance. Every room showcases beautiful French architecture that feels like stepping back in time—it’s regal, refined, and full of charm. You can truly sense the 100-year legacy throughout the estate.

No EV charging! This is a very new hotel and the EV chargers are not hooked up yet. The front desk is not staffed 24/7 which is a major problem if you lose your code card.

The restaurant was wonderful and the staff made us feel right at home. I have stayed there before and would again with no reservations. The breakfast was perfect as well.
